Payment is by Etsy direct checkout or PayPal. Please note you are not required to sign up for an account to use PayPal as a payment method.

Orders are dispatched only when funds have cleared.

All sales are subject to UK legislation.

Each piece comes presented in Loubijoux cotton gift pouch and shipped within a shallow box which should slip right through most letterboxes - delivery is contactless!

Want to send your gift direct? Mark your order as a gift at checkout and no invoice or reference to the price will be included. You can also leave a gift message to be included in your order.

DISPATCH TIME

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared as some pieces are made to order. You will receive notification once your order is shipped.

If you need your item more urgently please get in touch first - we will always do our best to accommodate where we can.

UK DELIVERY:

Standard shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and takes 1-2 working days following dispatch.

You can upgrade your shipping to Special Delivery if required, simply select at checkout. This guarantees delivery by 1pm the day following despatch (excludes weekends). Orders over £65 are automatically upgraded for FREE (no need to select upgraded shipping at checkout). Please note selecting this method does not prioritise your order - order preparation time remains the same as standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International shipping is via Royal Mail International Standard and takes around 3 working days for western Europe, 5 working days for eastern Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the world following dispatch.

Please note these time frames are provided as a guideline only and delivery can often take longer due to unpredictable circumstances e.g. weather conditions, increased security measures and strike action. In line with Royal Mail guidelines I allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within Europe and 5 weeks for everywhere else following delivery due date before classing an item as lost.

Please note International Standard service does NOT include tracking.

If you require tracking for your package you can upgrade shipping by selecting International Tracked & Signed at checkout. Delivery is made within the same time frame as standard shipping, you will however be provided with a tracking code and a signature is required upon delivery. Orders over £50 are automatically upgraded to this service at no extra charge (no need to select upgraded shipping at checkout). Please note selecting this method does not prioritise your order - order preparation time remains the same as with standard shipping.

Please note any custom charges incurred upon entry into your country are the responsibility of the buyer and full item/s value is declared by law.

EU customers: tax is now automatically added to your order at checkout. There are no further charges upon delivery.

- Etsy who host the Site and provide the platform to sell our products and services to you and process payments from the Site if you use direct checkout.

MAILING LIST
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about our products, offers and sales and also, to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied and want to keep hearing from us. We don't sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses and we never have.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we may maintain your Order Information for our records. Order Information may be stored for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes before being destroyed unless you ask us to delete this information.

Enquiry information is only held for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry unless it is a custom order or amendments to Order Information. In this case it may be stored as Order Information as above.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
