All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless you make alternate arrangement with me.

I will only ship to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Please make certain that the address and zip code information you provide is accurate -- we cannot be held responsible for delays, returns or shipping errors caused by inaccurate address information.

If you prefer shipping via UPS or FedEx, please contact me after completing your purchase to make those arrangements. In every such instance, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. We prefer to ship using FedEx Ground or 2nd Day Air when possible.

USPS Priority Mail shipments automatically come with $100 of insurance provided by the United States Postal Service. In my experience, 99.9% of all items arrive on time and undamaged, but unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit for which we cannot be held responsible. In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, I will do whatever I am able to within reason to resolve the problem. Even with Delivery Confirmation, I assume no responsibility for uninsured items that become displaced or lost in transit.

The default shipping method is USPS International Priority Mail. The minimum shipping charge for purchases outside the U.S. is $15.00.

International customers may purchase expedited shipping methods -- please contact me and I will get the price for your expedited shipping method.

I am unable to ship items to Italy or Russia under any circumstances.

I am unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO's.

** International customers ** You are welcome to purchase items from me by using a drop shipper on the condition that your drop shipper acts as the purchaser.

INSURANCE

Even though we ship using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, we were told by the USPS that, and I'm quoting, "Delivery Confirmation is a courtesy and does not guarantee delivery tracking of your item".

a) In order to protect our customers, we respectfully request that you purchase insurance on *every USPS shipped item* regardless of value.

b) Because of the USPS policy regarding insurance, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels that are uninsured.

c) If your purchase is somehow lost in the mail for any reason, the USPS has informed us clearly: the Postal Service will not provide any assistance or resolution on lost items unless insurance is purchased.

If you do not want to pay insurance for your purchase, we suggest you upgrade to a different method by having your item shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS.

** CUSTOMS FORMS FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES **

I am required by law to fill out an honest customs form for any purchase shipped outside the United States. I will only ship items outside the U.S. with complete and honest details. If applicable, the purchaser (you) will be responsible for paying any customs charges or import taxes levied on your purchase by your government or your postal authority. I welcome and appreciate your international purchase so long as you understand and agree to this policy.

** WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING **

Due to weight restrictions by the United States Postal Service on shipments sent outside the U.S., there is an automatic $50 charge for international purchases weighing 4 lbs. or more being shipped to a destination outside the U.S.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the majority of instances, you are buying previously owned, previously worn or used merchandise. All completed and shipped sales are considered final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless I fundamentally misrepresent an item.

I consider it my responsibility to my customers to be as thorough as possible with the descriptions of the items that I list for sale. I take the extra time and effort to give my customers complete details and measurements for each item both in pictures and in the descriptions themselves.

If you have any questions about an item, please ask them before making your purchase.
