Most everything in our store is handmade-to-order right here in the U.S.
If you need an order rushed please let us know. Everything we make is manufactured in some way right here in our home. Chicken saddles and diapers are completely handmade-to-order.
Most things take 3-5 business days to ship out. Diapers can take up to 10 business days.
Keep in mind that we do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Every order shipped in the U.S. has free shipping. We ship these First Class which takes 2-5 business days once your order is finished.
If ordering internationally, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after we have sent the item. Between customs and the items being shipped overseas, it can take quite a bit of time to get there.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are very confident in our products, however some problems do arise. More often than not, when a product isn't working right it's because it hasn't been put on properly or you may have made a mistake in your measurments. If you have an issue with your product, don't hestitate to contact us. We want to make things work for you!
For those that have bought a product and realized that it is not going to fit your animal, we do exchange them for the size that you do need. Simply follow these instructions for an exchange.
Step 1: Email us with the new measurements. If you need help remeasuring your animal correctly, we can help walk you through it.
Step 2: Send us back the product and a $2.00 processing fee. Once we have received the item, we will send you the new one. If it turns out the mistake was made on OUR end, we will refund your shipping cost back to us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items you may return it within 14 days of shipping for store credit only. Items must be in original condition and undamaged. Follow the steps below to return your items.
Step 1: Email us to let us know what you are returning and what was wrong with the item.
Step 2: Send back the item. Once we have received the item, we will refund your money, including the money you paid to ship it back to us.
**Please note: To protect our customers and their pets/livestock, we do not accept returns after they have been on another animal. There are far too many diseases or bugs that can be passed through the fabric that we just cannot take that risk. We do, however, make exceptions so there is no harm in contacting us to see if we can!**
