Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or any mistakes happen, please contact me for return or exchange options within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is damaged upon receipt contact me immediatly with photo (if possible) so I can address the problem.

For returns in the USA, buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of issue. According to European law, 14 days is required for a buyer to return an item. We will still require photo proof of issue.

We accept both paypal and direct check out!
Shipping
I will deliver items to the Post Office within time estimated when order is placed via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, (if you chose to upgrade your shipping). Once the order has been turned over to the post office it becomes their responsibility. Please be aware that I will deliver a package to the post office on the weekend but the post office may not process until the next business day. Also, please take into account the postal holidays.

For domestic orders, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver to most US cities.

International orders usually takes 10 to 14 business days.

We do offer faster shipping options so please check that out and choose which ever works best for your situation. Again, once the post office receives the package, we have no control over the speed of delivery or any delays that may occur on their end. We have digital records of the address printed on the package as well as the tracking number which shows when it was turned over to the post office. This information is also available to you on your order information page.

Wholesale availability

We are currently not wholesaling our items, however if you are purchasing a large quantity of items we can adjust our shipping price to save you money

Do the crowns stay in place?

All of our low profile crowns have a ribbon tie back, our higher profile crowns do not but sit pretty secure. Adding bobby pins is always a smart idea when dancing is involved!
