PayPal or Etsy Checkout accepted. For Wholesale Customers or those placing large orders, if you prefer to speak with me and pay over the phone via Square or invoice through Paypal, just send me a convo and we can set that up!

Payment for all orders including wholesale orders are due at time of order.

Domestic & International Shipping is provided by USPS, shipping costs of individual items are on item pages.

- The majority of items are sent First Class Mail and take 2 to 5 business days to arrive for domestic mail.

- Wholesale Orders are shipped Priority Mail 2 to 3 days.

- Tracking is provided on most domestic orders - You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number from Etsy on the date I ship. You can also find your tracking number by visiting your purchases page and looking at your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
***International shipping prices have increased drastically - if you are an international customer and do not see a shipping rate listed on an item that you'd like - please contact me and I can set you up a custom listing with an accurate shipping estimate.

***International First Class Mail can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive - Generally, it takes about 2 weeks.

Ordering for a specific date or deadline: please do so as far ahead as you can. I will still do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible in order to give it the maximum time to arrive. Please also take into account that regular lead times on Made To Order items & Wholesale Lots are usually 1 to 2 weeks.

**If you'd like to upgrade to Priority Mail or a Flat Rate envelope for an additional shipping cost just let me know! Priority Mail is generally 2 to 3 day shipping and includes $50 in shipping insurance.

All patterns and finished felt goodies are designed and stitched by hand in my home studio in a burg outside of Washington, DC.

**Wholesale Orders: For finished Felt Goods and Patterns, please contact me with the quantity you are requesting and I can set up a custom order for you since we no longer have Etsy Wholesale. If you would like a Wholesale Catalog so you can see wholesale pricing and photos for all of my work, just send me a convo with your email address.

*For Embroidery & Felt Craft patterns: Almost all of my designs are available as physical paper patterns. Contact me to place an order or find my patterns listed with Checker and Brewer Distributors.

*Custom Orders* : I love custom orders & making special things just for you! Need it in a custom color, size, or have a new idea you'd like for me to try? Want a very specific embroidery pattern? - just send me a convo and we'll work out the details! Payment in full is required at the time of order for all custom orders.

*Design work: I love creating custom designs, writing tutorials or creating patterns for books, magazines, and websites, contributing to craft industry publications, embroidery work for special companies in the craft industry, etc. Just send me an email at lovarevolutionary @ gmail . com or a convo with your contact information and inquiry.
