Items purchased were so cute. However, I attempted to reach the seller twice after receiving the items regarding a few questions I had about my payment and never received any reply what so ever! nI would have purchased again from them based on their items, but now I will not! nSorry!

Returns and exchanges

I do not generally accept returns. Repairs and alterations to an item will be entertained depending on circumstance - email me or convo me and we'll work something out.
Breakage in transit is an exception to the rule - if you have issues with an item breaking or going AWOL in transit I will make every effort to replace that item. Because some items sold here are vintage and limited quantities an exact replacement is not always possible. Definitely alert me if your item has not arrived in a timely fashion or has arrived damaged.
I will make every effort to see you are happy with the resolution of any issues.
Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

I ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 5-10 business days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished with Paypal. Please be sure that your paypal address is correct to be protected under Paypal's seller policy.
***Please note that orders shipped outside of the US can take 6 weeks to arrive.***
International Shipping:
All packages will ship International Mail, with no tracking. If you would like to upgrade to a traceable service please advise.
Please also be aware that you will be held responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES. Please check with your local post office, before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is.
