Welcome to my Etsy shop!!

My name is Erika and I live in Toronto, ON Canada. I studied fashion and texiles a long time ago and since then has been working with different types of illustration - manual and computerized. I'm currently working full time as a Compliance Manager for a company in downtown Toronto while running this shop on weeknights and weekends.

All of the design that you see in this shop is made by me in my home studio in south west end of Toronto. I am partnering with an awesome team in USA - they professionally print, package and ship all of my items, allowing me to focus on developing new designs and working on custom designs.

In case you are wondering, Alice is my mom's name and she's my true inspiration. The lady hustles, never rests yet still have time to take care of my dad, myself and my sister. Disclaimer: I don't love my dad and sister less than my mom, I'll probably open another shop with their names!

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
For either regular orders or custom illustration orders, your purchase is fully refundable within the first 3 hours of your order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If you have received a damaged product due to shipping and handling, please contact me with the photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the products and I will be happy to send a replacement for you.
Payment
We accept Credit Card and Paypal for payments.

Etsy sellers DO NOT have visibility to your payment information nor able to store it, All payments are managed securely by Etsy.

Ship to most countries. Please send me a message to get a shipping quote if you are ordering for countries other than US & Canada. Please provide with country, province/state and postal code to the the best shipping quotes.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
Most of my products are printed, packed and shipped from the US. If you like a product that says it does not ship to Canada, please reach out to me with your province and postal code so I can provide a shipping quote for you. Depending where you are located, shipping fees may starts at USD$20.

LOST MAIL
Mail/parcel is considered "lost" when tracking shows that it was never delivered. I will do the best I can to investigate and resolve the issue.

DELIVERED BUT LOST MAIL
Buyers are responsible to provide with the correct shipping address and ensure that a secure delivery location is available. Buyers are also responsible to pick up their parcels from the post office in timely manner if a delivery notice was left at the shipping address. When the tracking says delivered and the buyer never received the mail, buyers must follow up with the courier/postal service or report to the local authorities for theft. I'm unable to provide refunds or sending replacement item if the parcel is marked delivered.
Additional policies and FAQs
Personal information collected from your purchase at my shop will be only used for the said purchase only to stay compliant with the Canadian Privacy Act, this includes your personal information and any material sent (soft copies) to support the order. Any photo submission for custom orders will not be published anywhere without the customers written consent.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I’m going to get my order/illustration correctly?

I will be sending you a proof after your order has been place and your reference material received. Please see my current drawing timeline on the shop announcement. You will then have time to review and request revisions. I will only be printing it on the product (mug, tote, etc) after your approval.

I don’t like the illustration, can ask for a refund?

During the drawing/designing process, you can ask for a refund if you don't like the illustration I created for you. You will be refunded with the total amount that you paid minus labor fee per product. No actual mugs will be sent to your address.

The fund will be taken of the shop's account as soon as refund is submitted but there might be a slight delay for Etsy to put the fund back to your account. Refunds will be done in same way the payment was made.

Please note that after you approve the design and it is already printed on the mug, no refunds can be made if you changed your mind.

I really love the custom cartoon you made me; can I also buy the digital file after I placed the order for the mug?

Yes, absolutely! After your mug order, I can supply the digital file at discounted price so you can print and frame it. Digital file will be provided on high res JPG 300 dpi on your requested size format. Ask me for details!

I ordered the mug and I really love the illustration. Can I cancel my mug order and get the illustration instead?

Yes, ask me for the digital file policy!

How long is the process and when will I get my order?

Please see the shop announcement for current turn around time:

My order got lost in the mail, can you replace the order?

I do not offer refund or replacement if the shipping tracking shows that it has been delivered or attempted/left delivery notice. Buyers are responsible to pick up their mail if the courier has left the delivery notice. Please understand that this is beyond my control. Please contact me if your mail is lost during delivery or not/never shipped.

When I send photos, can you not publish them anywhere?

Privacy is sacred to me and I take my customers' privacy very seriously - also by Canadian Privacy law I'm not allowed to publish any material you send me other than for order fulfillment purposes. I will not publish your photos anywhere unless with your written permission. All of your other personal information (address, order details etc) will only be used strictly for order fulfillment.

Can I call or email you, or request a call to discuss about an order?

As per Etsy policy, we will need to keep all of our conversation via Etsy Convo. For that reason I'm unable to receive or make a phone call to my customers. If you are having problem with sending reference or photos, please reach out to me via Etsy Convo first and we can go from there.
