I'm so happy to have gotten the grab bag. :) I am so pleased with what I received!!! I now know exactly what I like and want. It's crazy, because this bag literally had pieces of fur that I was debating over for two weeks. (From several places) Most of the pieces are absolutely perfect for what I need, and fairly good quality. They are just enough for small projects, and they aren't just hacked up pieces. The length of the fur is still pretty much intacted. Which means a lot to me. The long pile black with white /silver and the long pile cream (light tan?) Were the best suprise. I needed something like this, but I just couldn't tell on a monitor! This particular grab bag was so helpful, both in finding what I was looking for, and quality/selection. Thank you!

I had to sit and think about whether or not to leave neutral or negative feedback. I absolutely hate leaving negative feedback but I think in some cases it is appropriate and useful. n nBecause I did eventually receive the item, I am leaving neutral feedback. However, I do hope the seller might take a moment to figure out what she can do to make sure she does not lose further customers. n nThe positives are that my item did eventually arrive, the quality is ok for the price and Chelsea really does have some cute designs. I appreciate handmade items and original designs and I know how much work can go into them… For that reason, I am not upset about the item itself. n nThe negatives have a lot more to do with my overall customer experience and Chelsea’s lack of communication. After about three weeks of waiting for my item to ship I decided I may as well ask when my item might arrive just so I had a general idea. I sent one message through Etsy and received no reply I also sent a second message a week later through Facebook and received no reply. After another week I became worried as well as annoyed that I was being overlooked and not responded to. I sent out two more messages and finally received a response after admittedly sending a slightly agitated message. She did apologize for not responding sooner and did tell me she was overwhelmed by orders. However, she still never gave me an estimate on when my item might be shipped. At that point I gave up on asking. n nA week later my item did finally ship but I was not given a tracking number. I assumed the seller must not provide tracking. When my package arrived I find that there actually was tracking on the package but Chelsea just never gave it to me so that I could track it. n nIn the end, there were several things the seller could have done to turn my experience around but I guess she just did not have the time. There are also several things she could have done to prevent it from being an issue in the first place. For one, if she had put an estimated time
