We take great pride in the quality of our items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message on ETSY. Love AND DAPPER will accept returns or exchanges provided the times have not been worn or used and are in the original packaging. Please return within 10 days of receiving the item. Shipping fee's will not be returned. Thanks

Paypal and major credit cards are accepted. Please be sure to check your paypal/credit card address, as that is the address your order will be sent to. If your order is shipped to the wrong address, I'm unable to take responsibility for its where abouts.

We want to provide you with the highest quality item, so the turn around is 3-5 days for all orders. We are responsible for your new purchase UNTIL it reaches the Post Office. After that, its out of our control.
