My sister will love this. I think it looks great, and it's a great starter kit for her to learn calligraphy! I will update after Christmas with her reaction :)

A brief history

One day I was sitting in my dining room sketching and I had a thought - this though that I could sell what I sketched. I soon began to create some (amateur) sketches of logos and posted them for sale on Etsy in October of 2014. They aren't anything I am proud of (by any means, ha!), but they meant something to me... they were the start of this fun journey that I've been on for the last year. I kept desiring to learn more and more about this hand-lettering business, so I sought inspiration from every nook and cranny; instagram, blogs, and lots of magazines! I discovered calligraphy last year when it was really making its comeback into the wedding industry, and I decided I was going to learn it. Ever since then, I've loved getting involved with other artists and wedding planners on a variety of fun, special projects! I've attempted to hand letter on anything I can get my hands on. Every few months I'm trying something new and I love it! I'm so glad to be able to offer something so beautiful and curated to my clients!

Welcome to Love and Lemons! We are primarily a hand lettering company. We specialize in hand lettering paper goods, marketing materials, and business logos. Our logos are made only by calligraphy pen, ball point pen, or paintbrush, with the occasional addition of a typeface. We do not offer objects and/or graphics on any of our materials, simply because we are not drawing artists. Please keep this in mind while choosing your graphic artist. We love to attend to the the needs of every client, offering more than just materials for a business. We also offer materials for weddings and beyond. If you would like it hand lettered, we'll do it. Let us know about your next project and we'll make your visions a reality. We can't wait to work with you!

Payment
Our only policy is that you respond to us in a timely manner. If a client hasn't responded to us within 10 days of the most recent message (unless otherwise mentioned to us beforehand by the client), the client will be at a loss of their payment, and the order will be labeled as "shipped" and/or "completed". Before this happens, we will contact you at least 2 times, giving fair warning. This is only for the sake of being able to maximize every moment we have to work on our client's projects. We are very flexible and understanding if any circumstances come up. If this is the case, simply contact us and we'll be in touch shortly.
Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S., although, we do offer digital products to those outside of the U.S. If you are so willing to compensate for the shipping cost, and it is of utmost importance to you that we ship international, please let us know and we'll make it possible.

Items that need to be sent out for completion, and shipped back to us before we can ship them out (such as hand lettered stamps, hand lettered stationary, inspirational photo books, or other printing) will take at least 1-2 weeks before they are shipped to your location.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not offered on our products at the moment, because they are mostly digital and paper. If a client has purchased a custom order and after seeing samples from us, has decided that they aren't ready to rebrand and/or want a refund, the client will be at a loss of a $15 project fee to compensate for the work put into the samples we've provided. The client will receive whatever dollar amount is $15 less than that of which they paid for the project.

For paper or shipped items, ONLY if they are damaged en route to location, the client has the choice of recreating and re-shipping the items or having a credit to any other item in the store, equal in value. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
