About LoveandLovelier

On Etsy since 2010

Every cloud has a silver lining

After my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, it felt like my life had fallen apart. I was pregnant with my second child and when she was born it was determined that she also has CF. It took me a lot of time to come to terms with my new circumstances and what CF meant to my life.

When I started to try and rebuild my life I went to a local evening class on Ceramics. I quickly discovered a joy, and have been making ever since. I started that class in 2010, and have had Love & Lovelier since late 2011.

The first shop I went to try and see if they wanted to sell some of my love-spoons, said YES! I was intending to sell them six spoons, but they ordered over 100. At that point in time I didn't even have a kiln, so I had to get myself organised fast!

Since then I stock over 20 gift shops and tourist attractions across Wales and across into England. I also attend some Maker's Fairs around Christmas to meet customers face to face, which is something I miss out on selling online.

I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
