Our preferred payment method is via PayPal. For your convenience, we also accept direct checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, and personal checks. Your item will be shipped after payment is cleared.

Payment is required prior to starting any custom design works.
Shipping
{METHODS}
FREE Shipping within US for limited time!

We generally ship using USPS Priority Mail shipping for within the U.S. (2-3 days) at $4.00. We gladly combine shipping! We ship within 1-2 business days of purchase after payment is received. We will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order (NOT your PayPal receipt), unless otherwise notified.

{UPGRADES}
If you would like a faster/overnight shipping, please contact us in advance, so we can adjust the shipping fees for you.

{INTERNATIONAL}
International customers are welcome! If you are an International customer, please convo us for shipping rates. Please keep in mind that delivery time varies for International shipping.

{PACKAGING}
All purchases will come packaged and handled carefully with padded mailer for a safe trip.

{DELIVERY CONFIRMATION + INSURANCE}
If you would like to purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance, please let us know ahead time and we can do this for an additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods after an item is shipped, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your shipping address is a secure location.

If for some reason you are not happy with the design, we would be able to issue refunds according to the following guidelines:

. Before the delivery of the preliminary design options: full refunds
. After the delivery of the preliminary design options: 50% refunds (copyright of all design options presented remains in my rights)
. After requesting any revision or approving a design: no refunds

We specializes in event invitations, branding and logo design, wedding or personal monogram, website banner, baby announcements, business or calling cards, and pretty much any kind of stationary designs. LOGO DESIGN

. For logo design works, I will deliver 3 preliminary design options. You will pick ONE design for me to further work on and make revisions on, if necessary. If you wish to pick more than one design to revise, there will be a $40 fee on each additional design.

. Your purchase includes 3 FREE revision rounds. After that each additional revision round would be additional $20. That's why it's best to include all the changes you want to request in one e-mail (one time) rather than come back with more changes/revisions, to avoid unnecessary revision round.

. My turnaround time for logo design revisions is 2 - 4 business days.


WEDDING MONOGRAM

. For wedding monogram, I will deliver a minimum of 2 preliminary design options. You will pick ONE design for me to further work on and make revisions on, if necessary. If you wish to pick more than one design to revise, there will be a $40 fee on each additional design.

. Your purchase includes 1 FREE revision round. After that each additional revision round would be additional $20. That's why it's best to include all the changes you want to request in one e-mail (one time) rather than come back with more changes/revisions, to avoid unnecessary revision round.

CUSTOMIZED DIY PRINTABLE

. For customized DIY Printable, your purchase includes 2 FREE rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will come at an additional charge of $10 each.

. My turnaround time for DIY Printable revisions is 1 - 3 business days.


OTHER CUSTOM DESIGN WORKS (Invitation, Business Cards, Promotional Material etc...)

. For any other custom/bespoke/one of a kind design order, your purchase includes 3 FREE rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will come at an additional charge of $20 each.

. My turnaround time for revision of custom design works is 2 - 4 business days.

{DISCLAIMER}
. The sample designs shown on our custom design listing were done for our past clients, hence the copyrights belong to them. I would be happy to create a new design that is similar in style, but not a copy. All new logos must look distinctly different from any of the logos I have already designed.

. It is your responsibility to proofread and make sure that all the information on your designs (grammar, spelling, etc) are correct and how you exactly want it.
