Shipping fees are charged by the postal delivery service, subject to their rules. If you feel that a shipping fee is too high, please contact us and we will see if there are other shipping delivery services available to us that deliver to your area that charge less.
Custom designs require a non-refundable deposit to be applied to the final order. The deposit depends on the request. Proofs are available after receipt of your paid deposit. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Our handmade wood ornaments come in 4 sizes 2.8-3, 4, 6 and 8 inches. We will also be offering Plexiglas ornaments tat let the light of the tree shine through! They are design to be a treasured keepsake that not only adds warmth and delight to your Christmas Tree, they can be hung all year around or placed on a display stand and used as home décor.

The cut off dates to order for Christmas 2023 delivery is as follows:
♥ International order by December 1st. You have the option of Standard international shipping, Priority. or Express shipping available at check out.
♥ USA - FIRST Class Shipping order by December 12th
♥ USA - PRIORITY Shipping add at check out on orders placed December 13th through December 16th
♥ Order received December 13th -21st with First Class shipping will be processed within our processing time and may or may not arrive in time for Christmas. Best to order as soon as possible!

Effective 05-23-2022. Cancellations of any item with a multiple quantities order of greater than 10 on any order may be charged a cancellation fee equal to fees charged by Etsy that are non-refundable by Etsy. Such fee will be based on the fee Etsy charged to our shop for the cancelled item that Etsy doesn't refund due to the cancellation. At present Etsy charges $.20 per each quantity of an item example 11 table cards at $.20 = $2.20. If Etsy changes its policy and refunds all fee, we will likewise pass that on to you. {♥ What is a Digital Easy Print File?}
A Digital Easy Print file is a professional high definition jpg file that comes ready to print on your local printer or through your local print shop provider. It is not a template that you edit.
The cost of the digital file includes our professional work to format, layout and colorize the artwork in order to create your one of a kind file with your personalized information. The process on average takes approximately 3 hours work time. Some take longer. It also includes 3 professional edits at no additional cost for the same event.
Digital Easy Print files allows you focus on getting other tasks done while we professional create your print file. It saves you USPS shipping time as well as saves you the cost of postage. This is great for last minute events and other last minute situations. Your file can be printed, mounted or framed the same day you receive it. If you have last minute changes no problem, we are here to help! We will work with you to make those changes!
The file comes ready to print in a downloadable link sent to your email address on file with Etsy. We always ask that you review it when you receive it and let us know if there are any changes needed.
{♥ What is not included in the price of a digital file?}
We do not edit your text nor type up you text from images. You must submit your text in text format i.e. copy and paste your information into the personalized text box or copy and paste it into the note to seller found in your shopping cart. We also accept word, .txt files as well as excel files that do not have macros and programs included as part of the file. If you have spelling errors, numbers, hyphen or any other character you don’t want included, remove them before submitting your text. We also ask that you do not attempt to layout your text not all programs read text in the same manner and characters can become jangled resulting in delays in processing.

2 out of 5 starsCharge a lot of money for a digital product. The image is gorgeous. If the bride really didn’t care about the sign I would have picked something more affordable that I get the actual sign not just a digital product. Way too much money

As this customer stated, the artwork is gorgeous and what the bride wanted; this is a 5-star review. This customer knew the price of the human-created artwork and what they were purchasing before buying the item. If they were unwilling to pay the price, they should not have agreed to the purchase. Making the decision to go through with the purchase with full knowledge of what they were buying and then complaining as though it is our bad that they wanted to please the bride at any cost and that somehow it is on us to know that they really didn't want to make the purchase and posting a 2-star review is unfair in their dealings with us. We recommend not buying something you cannot completely get on board with.

When will my order ship?
Orders are schedule to ship according to our production time line. Production schedules vary based upon the individual item the number of orders received and the time of the year. Please see listing for details. Your order will ship in the order it is received according to our production time line listed in the offering.
Guidelines for holiday ordering:
Mother's Day on or before April 28th.
Father's Day on or before May 28th.
Wedding - varies depending event and item purchased
Christmas - Order by December 15th - check shop announcements for updates to shipping times
What if I need my order sooner?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to allow for time to create and ship your order! We understand that there are times when things happen and that simply isn't possible!
If your event date is before the scheduled ship date, please contact us! We will do our best to accommodate your request! If your event date is less than 5 days a Rush fee applies! Please see rush fee under the add on menu for further information!
We do not provide any guarantee of delivery for a specific event, so plan your purchase to allow sufficient time for your gift to be created and shipped.

Do you guarantee delivery?
To guarantee delivery you must select and pay for USPS guarantee delivery i.e. Priority Express Shipping from the USPS during checkout! If you do not see this option, please contact us for further instructions!
Please keep in mind that purchasing priority express shipping gives you a guaranteed delivery provided by the USPS once they receive your package and does not guarantee the production time of your order. Our Production times vary depending on the item or items purchased, please read the listing for specific production times! Rush production request may require a rush service fee found under the Add On section of our shop.

I received my order and there is a problem with my order, what do I need to do?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and provide us with a picture of the problem. We will review your request and provide you with instructions! Most problems can be resolved quickly!
We guarantee our work! This means that we make a mistake on your order, we will provide you with a replacement of equal or greater value.
If you order shipment arrives late due to postal carry delays we do not issue credits nor accept returns. Please make sure you order to allow sufficient time for production and shipping of your item. Check our shop announcement for current details during peak season
If your item was customized i.e. colors changed, graphics modified and/or personalized, it cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes, from time to time we offer special coupon discounts. Coupons are sent out to our email list. If you would like to be added to the list, please let us know! Coupons may not be used for items that are on sale.
I like the design but would prefer different colors, how do I make my request?
To request colors to match your theme, simply add a note to seller during check along with providing your personalized information. If we need further information from you we will contact you.
How do I submit my names for a seating chart?
The best way to submit your names it to copy and paste the list into a message to seller during checkout. Your list must be in the table headers and guest names in order you would like them to appear on your seating chart. Do not include bullets by the names unless you want them printed on the seating chart. Your list will be used to create a graphic file that will be used to create your seating chart.
I would like two names on my escort cards, will they fit?
Escort cards are designed to accommodate one name per guest. If you would like to customize the cards to two names, please contact us for pricing. The escort cards will need to be modified to accommodate your request.
I need to ship to an alternate address, what should I do?
To ship to an alternate address, add the shipping address to your order during checkout. If you need to add this information to your order after placing your order, please send us a message. Addresses sent to us by email will be added to the notes of the order. We will do our best to ship as requested, however, because the address is outside the shipping system, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored.
If you are paying with PayPal, your order must ship to the PayPal address, to receive the PayPal guarantee.
