Revised after being badgered over a honest 3 star review: I ordered a key chain from this seller on April 22 with no CUSTOMIZATION. It is still not here (May 5). Seller made it clear that ALL her items are "CUSTOM" and ship 10-14 days plus 3-4 days transit and that her shipping policies "ARE WHAT THEY ARE." She also mentioned multiple times that customer service is very important to her yet she messaged me several times stating that she was disappointed in me for a 3 star, "non stellar" review (arguing with me and asking me to change my review to a more positive one). Regardless, 2+ weeks to ship a NON CUSTOM keychain is a tad too long (in my opinion- thus the original 3 star- not in love with it review) and arguing w/ and badgering a customer over a honest review is RUDE. Won't be doing business here again sadly. :(

Oddly scathing review. My policies on timing between order and shipping are clearly stated, and I shipped much earlier than my timeframe states. I also do create every item to order (since I offer many color, design and personalization options, so I don't keep stock), but customer for some reason doesn't consider that "custom." She asked for the item by Mother's Day and it's due to arrive there on time per the tracking. My responses to customer were never rude, argumentative or badgering, I believe she just read them in an argumentative tone. In any event, when she receives her item (on time!) I know she'll enjoy it, as will the recipient. Sorry this transaction ended on a sour note for the customer.

This item is very nice. However, it took six weeks to arrive, and the seller told me three times that it had shipped when it had not.

As you know, there were shipping errors with several packages that I sent out that day, and I didn't know there was an issue until they were rerouted to me. I'm glad you like the final product and am happy that it arrived in time for you to give it as a special gift! Thank you for including my work as part of your wonderful adoption story!

Shipping
I ship using the United States Postal Service. When I ship your order (typical time from order to shipment is 10-14 business days), I will send you an e-mail through Etsy with your tracking number. Orders of one to three pendants ship via First Class Mail and usually arrive in three or four days. Orders of four or more pendants ship via Priority Mail and arrive in two to three days. Please understand that once your package leaves my hands, I can't control whether USPS accidentally takes it on a detour (provided, of course, that I've addressed it correctly). You should follow your order using the tracking number.

During November and December, as well as the month before Mother's Day, please be advised that my normal production time is lengthened due to increased orders. You can expect your order to arrive within two weeks. I put tracking on all of my shipments, and upon shipment you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will fully refund or replace your item if it is not to your specifications (e.g., color, word choice, design, personalization) or if there is damage to it (e.g. broken tile, water stain, or loose bail). Sorry, I can't replace your item if you change your mind about a customization detail.
I do require that in order to receive a refund or replacement that you ship back your original item, properly packaged in bubble wrap or box. I will refund the shipping cost that you incur.
