Each engagement ring is designed by us & professionally handcrafted by our in-house metalsmith team in Vancouver, BC Canada. We use gem-quality gemstones, natural diamonds, and Charles and Colvard Forever One Colorless, Near Colorless and Forever Brilliant Moissanites. Our natural diamonds are ethically sourced, conflict-free. Natural round brilliant cut diamond center stones over 0.25 carats are GIA certified.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately within 5 business days of receipt if you have any concerns.

We offer a 5 business days money-back guarantee or exchange on all purchases. EXCLUDING: custom orders, engraved jewelry, discounted purchases, and jewelry purchased with payment/financing plans.

You will have 5 business days (from the day you sign for your package) to send the item back to us in it's original unworn condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Excluding custom orders, engraved jewelry, discounted purchases, and items purchased with payment/financing plans.

ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURN FOR REFUND / RETURN FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ARE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER. Including but not limited to: shipping costs, taxes, etc. These fees are non-refundable.

RING SIZE: Please note, customers are responsible to give us their correct ring size.
If there is a change in size after the order is completed and shipped, there will be a re-sizing fee plus shipping fee to have the ring sent back to us to resize.

CUSTOM ORDERS can only be returned for refund or repair if the jewelry is not as described or has any defects, within 5 days from the day you sign to accept your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of CUSTOM ORDERS for any other reasons.

All items returned must be in original/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, you MUST contact us via Etsy for: 1) our return mailing address and 2) your Return Authorization number. Once you received both pieces of information, please follow the instructions below in on how to package and the item back.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Returned items may be subject up to 30% restocking charge IF the below listed directions are not followed. All DISCOUNTED, RUSHED, LAYAWAY and CUSTOM ORDERS are non-refundable; this includes partial payments. We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered, or used.

Refunds are returned in the manner in which it was received as long as the provided guidelines above are followed. Refunds will be given less shipping costs. If we need to re-size your ring, there will be a $50 charge per ring. If the item was damaged in anyway, you will be charged for the damages. If the item is returned without its original box, and/or all original documents that were shipped with package, there may be a charge (depending on what was not returned).

◆RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS◆

*A Return Authorization Number required for ALL Return Shipments.*

After you have contacted us and received our mailing address / your RA#, please follow the instructions below for packaging and sending the item back to us for a refund/exchange/or store credit.

1) Ship in sturdy box to prevent heavy objects from damaging the jewelry inside. Please include a copy of your Etsy receipt for identification purposes. If you are shipping it back for an exchange, you can also include a letter specifying which items you'd like to exchange for.

2) Ensure the jewelry is not shifting around inside the box, we suggesting using bubble wrap or tissue paper. This will offer cushioning and protection for the item during shipment.

3) On the outside of the box, please seal all the open edges and make sure the box cannot be easily opened. Please do this at home or in a closed-off area to avoid theft. Do not package your return at post offices or open area in the public as others may see what you are placing inside and may steal it.

4) When you have completed the above steps, please ship our package with insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We highly recommend you including insurance - that way, if the package becomes lost, you may claim insurance with the carrier on your end. Please send us the tracking number once it is available.

5) Once we receive the package, we will first inspect the package and if our product is in its original condition / condition that you notified us about, then we will process your return.

REFUND: We will issue you a full refund for the product only, minus shipping fees

EXCHANGE: we will contact you to confirm which items you'd like to exchange for and process your exchange|

STORE CREDIT: we will issue you a store credit note. Please note the store credit note is only valid within 1-year of the issue date.

All packages sent via Fedex will require a signature. Someone will need to be on location to sign for the package in order for it to be released.

We also require your phone number in case Fedex needs to reach you regarding your package. We will not ship until we receive your phone number.

Additional policies and FAQs
◆WARRANTY◆

Third party appraisals by a certified jewelry appraiser will cost $35.00 USD. Appraisals are not included with purchases unless otherwise stated. Charles and Colvard certificates are included with all Charles and Colvard Forever One or Forever Brilliant moissanites. Certificates will be included with Amora Gem Ultra center stones.

◆WARRANTY STATEMENT◆

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our jewelry from the date of purchase. We carefully inspect all our jewelry prior to sending them to you. Our warranty is only for our manufacturing defect such as a small diamond on a band that fell out from our manufacturing defect. We will have to determine first if the defect is the result of our manufacturing or a result of wear and tear or trauma. If it is a result of our manufacturing, we will repair it at no extra charge. If it is not a manufacturing defect, but the result of trauma or wear and tear, we will contact you and give you a price quote for repairing the jewelry.

We will charge a fee for repairs due to normal wear and tear. Definition of normal wear and tear is when the ring remains in it's normal shape and the prongs are worn down over time.

Please contact us via Etsy and we will provide instruction on how to send the jewelry back for repair.
Please send us close up pictures of the jewelry prior to sending it back to us.

Our 1-year warranty does not apply to the loss or damage of the center stone or damages done by blunt force to the jewelry. We do not offer free center stone replacement. Please carefully examine your center stone within the 5-day return period and notify us of any issues. Our warranty does not apply to loss or theft. Please purchase insurance for your ring with your local insurance provider.

Please visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized properly before you place your order. We offer ring sizing for a fee of $50.00 USD per ring. You are responsible for the shipping fees, duties and taxes (back to us and shipping it back to you).
Please note, when two rings are worn together, they may feel slightly snug together on your finger. Therefore, PLEASE visit your local jeweler to try on two rings of the same size to get your correct ring size when ordering ring sets. Thank you.

We offer 1 free tightening of prongs for prong set jewelry within 1-year of purchase. All prong-set jewelry should be examined on a regular basis. For jewelry that is worn daily, the prongs may loosen over time if the ring gets knocked against hard surfaces, causing the diamonds to loosen and eventually fall out if they are not tightened on a regular basis. That being said, we suggest tightening maintenance be done to the ring at least once a year. You are responsible for the shipping fees, duties and taxes (back to us and shipping it back to you).

Our warranty is void/does not apply in the following situations:

Our 1-year warranty does not apply if it has been altered in any way by another jeweler. For example, if you decide to bring your ring to a local jeweler to have it re-sized and the jeweler damaged the ring – our warranty will not cover for that. Repair fees will apply.

Our warranty does not cover for jewelry that has been intentionally damaged or not worn responsibly. Example, if the ring is worn during weight lifting, we do not cover the damage done to the ring. In addition, we do not cover damages under normal wear and tear. Please read our Jewelry Care section to learn how to properly care for your jewelry.

If you require further coverage after the 1-year limited warranty, please contact us to request for an appraisal and you may have your jewelry insurance by your own insurance company. We are happy to provide any additional information your insurance company may need to properly insure your jewelry.

◆INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING JEWELRY BACK FOR REPAIR (Return Authorization Number Required)◆

PLEASE FIRST CONTACT us first via Etsy, and we will provide the Return Authorization number to ship the item back for repair under warranty. Please also attach a photo of the jewelry that will be sent back to us, specifically take photos of the area(s) that needs to be repaired.

Please follow the instructions below to ship the item back to us:

◆Custom Designs & the Process◆

We do not work with customer supplied stones at this moment.

A non-refundable $300 custom design fee is charged to start production. This fee will be deducted from your ring total if you decide to place the custom order with us. If you do not place the custom order with us, we will not refund this custom design fee as this fee is to cover our time and work for creating the 3D custom design image for you.

Please send us pictures of the design you have in mind, along with measurements, specs, and any customization requirements.

We will then send you a 3D image of your ring in 5 business days. You will be able to make any changes to the design if required at this stage. Please note, this is the stage where you get to make any changes you require! After this stage, we cannot make any changes to the ring. After we made the adjustment, we will send you a final 3D image of the ring for approval.

If you change your mind on the overall ring design, we will have to charge an additional $300 to design your new ring.

Once you approve the design, we will send you a picture of a 3D wax model for you to approve. Once you approve the wax model. We will set up a custom listing for you to pay for the ring in full based on your metal choice and center stone. Once you pay for the ring in full, we will start production of your ring. Your custom ring will take 7 to 10 business days to complete. We will send you a picture of the ring once it is approved prior to shipping it to you.


◆Layaway/Finance Plans ◆

Please contact us via Etsy to discuss a layaway plan that will work for the both of us.

Please note: we require full payment within 3 to 5 months. We will create a custom listing for you to submit payment each time. You will contact us when you would like to make payment. We will ship your jewelry out once you have made the final payment.

We will not start production until at least 50% of payment is received. Thank you for your understanding.

Layaway purchases are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not able to make the balance payments of the payment plan, the payments made are NOT REFUNDABLE.


◆Jewelry Care ◆

1) Please be gentle with your jewelry. It should be the first thing you take off, and the last thing you put on. REMOVE your jewelry before you apply your makeup, hair spray, and wear your clothes. This will prevent the jewelry from coming into contact with chemicals/getting caught onto fabrics. That being said, we recommend REMOVING your jewelry prior to going to bed as well. This is to prevent the claws from getting caught onto your sheets.

2) Always remove your jewelry prior to strenuous exercise – pressure could cause jewelry, such as rings, to alter in shape. Please REMOVE your ring prior to weight lifting as the metal weights will bend the ring out of shape.

3) Do not put direct pressure onto the center stone. For example: Be mindful and do not bang it against a hard surface. Also, do not force a ring past your knuckle if it will not go past, this pressure could possibly damage the ring.

4) DO NOT put your jewelry into harsh chemicals; chlorine (remove before swimming or hot pool), hairspray, bleach, detergents, handcream etc. Constant contact with harsh chemicals may eventually wear out the metal and could damage the stones.

5) Store jewelry away from sunlight, in a room with cool temperature. Sunlight may damage gemstones.

6) If overtime, you feel like the stone is becoming loose and would like to tighten the prongs, please contact us, and you can send the jewelry back to us to tighten. Tightening the prongs will prevent the stone(s) from falling out over time. This is especially recommended for micro-pave diamond rings. There is $30.00 USD fee to tighten the ring each time you send it back after the 1 year limited warranty.

7) To keep your center stone bright and shiny, remove your ring before applying lotion. Lotions such as hand creams could leave a residue on your stone and cause it to look “dull” or “cloudy”. In addition to lotions, we suggest removing your ring before entering the shower, washing your hands, doing dishes, etc. if you do not want build up from soap.
