Fostering Vintage Items Until They Find Their Forever Home

Loved Goods began with a tiny goal of a disabled woman who wanted to contribute to her family's finances. Shelly is a wife and was a homeschooling mom to her 2 kids, who are now grown. She has been chronically ill and homebound for over a decade now. But that has never stopped her from pursuing her passions... making connections and treasure hunting.

Shelly decided in 2019 to begin a new venture that mixed these two loves, and thus Loved Goods was born! A lifelong love of thrifting, yard saling and finding and rescuing unique items became a foster home for vintage treasures... a foster home because they are only with us temporarily, until their new forever home finds them.

In March of 2021, Loved Goods had matured and grown enough to support the family! At this point, her husband, Brian, increased his role in the business by retiring and working full time with his wife. Up until this time, he had only played a supporting role, mainly in shipping and the heavy lifting that Shelly was unable to do. Now they would be together 24/7 and begin a new life of full-time fostering.

From their home in Central Iowa, Brian and Shelly curate and present an eclectic variety of vintage treasures. Their first love is vintage jewelry, but they will rescue any unique items that they come across, knowing that they have a whole new lifetime of happiness to offer to a new owner.

Loved Goods is the answered prayer of a woman who longs to contribute and a God who answers Big.

PROCESSING TIME:

We do our best to ship the same day we get the order. Otherwise it will be shipped out next business day (with the exception of very large prints).
If you have urgent shipping needs, please let us know before or when you are placing your order.
We will do our best to make what you need to happen, happen.

All of our domesticly shipped items will be shipped / tracked via Fedex or USPS.
Loved Goods is not responsible for damaged or lost items.
Once an order has been shipped, your tracking number will be be updated in your order details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please note: Due to covid restrictions some international orders are taking up to 30 days to arrive.

RETURN POLICY:

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS RECEIVED THAT ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED OR BROKEN.

You ordered the wrong size?
We DON'T ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND if you ordered the wrong size. Please double-check the correct sizes before you place the order.

Conditions of return
Returns must be approved in advance of the item being shipped back and shipped within 7 days of receipt of the item.
If the return is unauthorized and shipped back to us we will ship the item back to you at your cost and request.
Returned packages need to be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and in the original packaging

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cancellations as long as you submit a request BEFORE your items is Pre-shipped, and a full refund will be issued.
Once your items has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and issue a refund while your package is in transit.
You will have the option to either refuse the package when its delivered or take the UNOPENED package to your local Post Office.
Please understand the cost of shipping is not refundable from the carrier.
If your order was shipped free of charge, we will deduct our original shipping charge to cover our initial shipping cost, as we still must pay the carrier.
ONLY UNOPENED PACKAGES ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN.

LOST AND RETURN MAIL DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS

All packages are sent using USPS or FEDEX with tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address or for packages marked as "delivered" but are never received.
If you have any concerns about mail theft, always add insurance or upgrade the shipping method to Signature Confirmation to your order.

We will not offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons.

* The address provided by you was not correct
* The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered

We will offer to have the package reshipped once the parcel has been sent back to us.
In that case, we will need to confirm your shipping address and the shipping & handling cost will be at your expense.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

Most of our jewelry comes in gift box ready for gift giving. To better reduce the waste, we may combine your items in ONE gift box when you purchase multiple items.
But if you like separate gift box for each item, please leave us a note at check out, and we will make sure to pack your items in a separate box.

FREE SHIPPING

All our domestic USA shipping on orders over $35 is FAST and FREE, available in all areas across the US with a minimum order of $35.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER?

Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

RESTOCKING FEE

That depends. If the item we shipped to you is being returned because it is not as described. No, no restocking fee. Our mistake.
If an item is being returned because of something that is not our fault,
Yes a 25% restocking fee + original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Due to our products being unique and one of a kind we reserve the right to discontinue or revise products at any time. Prices, promotions and coupons are subject to change without notice.
