Unfazed by all the mess, she sat there and held it all together with her mere presence.”

Frequently asked questions
What happens if a Tear Bottle gets broken in transit?
Though we carefully package the Tear Bottles to prevent breaking during transit, it does occasionally happen. If you have chosen Priority shipping, your order has insurance, so just snap a picture of your broken Tear Bottle and send it to us, and we'll send you a replacement right away. However, if you have chosen First Class/Standard shipping, you do not have insurance and will need to order another Tear Bottle to replace the broken one. We recommend choosing Priority so you have the insurance. The shipping cost will remain the same whether you have one Tear Bottle or ten, so it's worth the upgrade and peace of mind!
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
I will do my best to help you locate it, but ultimately it is out of my control and I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. I recommend upgrading to Priority shipping when possible so your order is insured by the post office and can be replaced.
