Sam has been so wonderful to work with from our save the dates to thank yous and everything in between. I will be forever thankful for the care she put into each piece of our wedding invites. What a great experience!

I'm Sam and I am LoveFernBoutique. I live in an old farmhouse outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my husband, kids, and an array of animals. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I love to paint, garden, crochet, cook, and just plain old make things!

This shop began in 2011 during the planning of my own wedding. It has evolved throughout the years to include more of my original artwork along with many styles and variations of wedding stationery and decor.

Payment
I accept Paypal, credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. However, I do not ship my items until the payment has been received and cleared. Choosing Paypal or a credit card as your payment method ensures the quickest shipping date.
Shipping
I check my etsy regularly so except in the case of an emergency, I will ship all orders according to the timeline stated in the listing*. I ship First Class Mail with the United States Postal Service or else First Class International as long as the weight of an item allows it. Otherwise, heavier packages are sent by Priority Mail. All U.S. orders come with tracking. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to track international orders but let me know if you are interested in purchasing tracking and I can look into it for you. I am also willing to ship express mail or purchase insurance for your package. Message me if you would like me to do so and we can work out the price before you make your order.

*This does not apply to made to order purchases. These items will take some time before shipping and I will keep in touch with you during the process. The current turnaround time is one to two weeks depending on the item. However, most of the items in my shop are not made to order so don't worry - unless the listing states otherwise, your item is ready to ship!
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted for confetti and blank place card sales within two months of the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. The refunded amount will be the amount spent on the item alone and will be given once I receive your returned item in its original state.

All custom sales, printed place cards, and wedding stationery sales are final once they have been printed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me to do so as soon as possible and I will see what I can do.

I do not offer refunds on packages that have been lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please let me know and I can adjust the amount of your order accordingly. Otherwise, in order to keep the cost of shipping down (for you and me!), I do not insure the packages I mail out.
