TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HANDMADE IS NOT MACHINE MADE
As a fan of Etsy, you know that items here are handmade. All of my pieces are made individually, with a range of components and the imperfections of handmade pieces. Unless otherwise stated in the item description for multiple pieces of the same item, the piece you see in the photo is the piece you will be shipped. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different on your computer than in person. I will try to describe the pieces’ components and colors accurately so you will not be disappointed!

PAYMENT
Love From Lily accepts PAYPAL only.
Your immediate payment is appreciated. If payment hasn’t been made after 24 hours I will email you with a reminder— failure to reply or make payment within 24 hours of this reminder will result in the cancellation of the sale i.e., Cancellation for non-payment. Don’t press the buy button until you are ready to buy!

SHIPPING & PACKAGING
Your items will be shipped to you in a sturdy corrugated 6” x 5” x 3” mailing box and sent via Priority Mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included. Inside the mailing box, your items will be boxed in a presentable gift box (see photo in listings) and secured with bubble wrap to prevent shifting or damage in transit.

Love From Lily Currently Ships to the following locations:

United States—Priority Mail $8.00

Canada—Priority Mail International $18.00 USD
(Buyer is responsible for duties or taxes, if applicable. Additionally, international customers must provide a phone number for the customs paperwork.)

United Kingdom—Priority Mail International $26.00 USD
(Buyer is responsible for duties or taxes, if applicable. Additionally, international customers must provide a phone number for the customs paperwork.)

If there is a conflict between your Etsy address and Paypal address, I will ask for you to confirm your shipping address and won’t ship your items until you confirm. I want your items to make it safely to your doorstep!

Love From Lily will ship your items within two business days, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays when the Post Office is closed. If I am unable to ship for some reason—for example being out of town—I will post an announcement at the top of my shop to let buyers know that I’m out of the studio and what the next available shipping date is.

LOST OR DAMAGED
In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit to you, I will need your help to file an insurance claim with the Postal Service. Only when the claim has been resolved, will I credit your account with a refund. Please contact me via email so we can work out the logistics.

RETURNS
I will not take back an item just because you have changed your mind but if you genuinely think the item is not as described or pictured in the original listing and can show due reason why within 24 hours of the date of the confirmed receipt, I will take the item back and refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and I will credit your account for the purchase price when I have received the item in its original condition.

Most importantly, I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please give me the opportunity to sort out any issues to our mutual satisfaction before leaving negative feedback.
