Love what you do, do what you love!

I've always loved crafting but it had taken a back seat due to full time work in the corporate world for over 15 years. However whilst on maternity leave with my second child, I wanted to come up with a way to enable me to stay at home with my two favourite small people. I was loving their company so much and office life was no longer as alluring, so I decided to take the plunge and turn my hobby into a business and from this Love Letters was born.

Made at our home in leafy Hertfordshire, I am lucky enough to have a workshop and studio (converted from sheds and painted bright pink and blue) in the garden. Each letter I make is bespoke, there is no pattern I follow, so each one is unique. I'm always on the look out for new designs so please do share with me if you have something in mind, and we can work together on creating something you really love.

I think they make a special, unique gift, for any occasion - birthdays, christenings, new home, new baby, weddings, or just because you would like something a little bit different from what you see on the High Street.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them!

Returns and exchange details
As I make items to order, I can only offer refunds and exchanges on damaged items.

I only accept cancellations of orders if they are within 24 hours as I may have begun work on your item.

If there is a problem with your item, please email me with a photograph upon receipt of the item.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct spelling of the name and any message or date underneath the letter.

Once a order had been placed I cannot refund, even if you decide you would like to cancel before the item has been shipped. This is because I may have started work on the personalised item.
I accept payment via direct checkout or PayPal.

As each item is personalised for you (apart from cards) I ask for payment up front
In the UK and international shipping can occasionally take up to 25 working days from dispatch.

+ All my items are handmade to order
+ All my items are bespoke, no two orders are the same (apart from cards)
+ An order can take up to three weeks to make before dispatching (please see individual listings) but I aim to turn it around as soon as possible
+ For multiple orders it may take longer depending on the volume
+ All items come gift wrapped

+ UK: All items, apart from greeting cards and decorations, are sent by second class signed for post, delivery 2-4 days from dispatch. First class signed for post upgrade available at checkout
+ Europe: tracked delivery (apart from greeting cards and decorations): approximately 5-10 days from dispatch, sometimes longer
+ Worldwide: tracked delivery (apart from greeting cards and decorations): approximately 7-15 days from dispatch, sometimes longer. UPS Express upgrade available at checkout for a 2-4 day delivery from dispatch.

Please note:
+ These shipping times are estimates, based on information from the postal services.
+ Once I dispatch your item, I have no influence over shipping times. From this point, it is the responsibility of the postal services to deliver your package.

Custom Charges
+ Orders may be subject to customs charges in your country, these are payable by yourself.

Lost packages:
+ In the rare event that a package goes missing, it is not classified as lost until 25 working days after being sent. I appreciate your patience whilst we work together to sort the situation out.

Stolen packages:
+ In the rare event your parcel is confirmed as delivered via the postal tracking service, yet you have not personally received it, this is Mail Theft and you need to report it to the police in order to get a crime reference number. Once you have given me this number, I will either refund you or make your order again depending on your preference.

Each item is one of a kind, there is no set pattern to the decorative layout of the product. The decor and colour may differ from the photos depending on the stock being used, the shape of the letter or number and your screen.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Sizing details

The filled, freestanding letters stand at 22cm/8.7" tall and 3cm/0.8" deep. There is an option to purchase larger letters which stand at 31cm/12" tall and 5cm/2" deep, please message me if you're interested in this size.

Can the freestanding letters be hung?

The letters can also be hung on a wall with the addition of a metal ring - please add this item to your basket if you would like this option

How long does it take to make each item?

On average production is 21 days, but please check individual listing descriptions for accurate production timelines

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are made to order and personalised, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the listing descriptions carefully as all item information is detailed within these. I ask that you communicate any specific requests via conversations during the ordering process. It is also your responsibility to accurately spell names and provide the correct dates and messages for any personalisation. I always do my best to accommodate all requests!

Can you make my item quickly?

If you need your item sooner that the time frame given in the listing description - please send me a message and all being well, you can then purchase my Rush Order listing and your order will be processed in 3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my item once posted?

Depending on where you are in the world, average times are as follows:
-Europe 7-10 days
-The US 7-15 days
-The UK 1-2 days if first class is selected and 2-4 days with second class postage.
-The rest of the world can take from 7-21 days.
Please note items are not considered lost until after 25 working days, please contact me if you have not received your item in this time.
