Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction means everything to me! I have a reputation for making high-quality, durable adornments. But, if for some reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please return your item within five (5) business days for a full refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know of your return. The item must be returned in original and unused condition with tags in place. Refunds will be issued via whatever payment means you used to make your purchase.
At this time, the only method of payment we accept is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it’s very easy and secure to set one up – and quite convenient as well! Please complete your PayPal payment within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase. Otherwise, items will be re-listed unless prior arrangements have been made. At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are a customer from outside the U.S., please email me and we can discuss your needs.
Your purchase will be securely shipped First Class via the USPS with delivery confirmation within 3 business days following your cleared payment (except for custom orders which may take longer, please email us to discuss). If you would like insurance or priority shipping, please email us for a quote. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We generally ship merchandise twice weekly. If you need something sooner, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Additional postal fees may apply.

Items will arrive in a gossamer light drawstring organza pouch or gift box. If the piece is a gift, email me if you’d like me to include a note to the giftee at no extra charge.
Additional policies and FAQs
Before completing your transaction, please remember to designate to which charity you’d like 10% of the sale of your item to go (see “Profile” to choose one of three charities). You may do that in the “notes to seller” box at time of checkout or in an email. If no choice is made, we will designate a charity for you.
