Hello, my name is Fanny and as a Peruvian I am proud of my roots and our craftsmanship.



Each rug (frazada) is a handmade product which carries the energy of the artisan who created it. They are pieces of folk art that besides being handmade, reflect the love of the artisans for their communities, their natural environment and their idiosyncrasy that is represented in the designs and patterns of these beautiful rugs.

Every piece in our shop is carefully selected as we love Peruvian folk art and design.

How long does the shipping takes?

International standard: It takes up to 25 working days to deliver your purchase.
Express: If you would like to order express shipping please message us.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

How much will the delivery cost?

Rugs (frazadas): We charge $30 per item and $15 per any additional rug.
Cushions: We charge $20 per item and $10 per any additional cushion.
Combo rug + cushion: We charge $40 per pack and $5 per additional cushion.

Will I need to pay customs charges or additional fees?

Unfortunately, we do not cover these extra charges. Taxes, duties and customs fees which may apply, can vary from each country. We recommend contacting your local custom office for more information.

Can I add to my order?

Yes, but please contact us within 2 days after you have ordered and as long as the shipping has not yet been completed.

Can I return the product?

We have carefully curated all our products and we love to bring the best to you. In the case you are not happy with your item, you can choose to return it.
If the return is due to a change of opinion, the customer has a period of 14 working days from the moment of receiving the products and must notify me in advance via email: lacasadefreja@gmail.com
The return product will be accepted if it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and within the return time previously indicated. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do I return the product if it has arrived defective?

Our frazadas (rugs) are 100% handmade, there might be some imperfections, stains of dye or candle wax, since they are sometimes woven in the light of candles. Please understand these imperfections as part of its process creation.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation if you notify me via email: lacasadefreja@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
