Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days

♥ Making Changes ♥
In order to request a change to either your order details or shipping address, please send a message to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Please include as much detail as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays. Once we receive your request, we will promptly reply to confirm whether or not the change is possible.
If your order has been shipped, we have no way to re-direct the package to a different address. In this case, your best option is to place a new order with the correct shipping address. Please note that a refund (minus original shipping charge) will be issued only if the original package is returned to us.
♥ Return Policy ♥
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Small: adjustable 5” to 8”
Medium: adjustable 7” to 10”
Large: adjustable 9” to 12”
Note: Width is 3/8” for all sizes.
♥ Bow Tie Collar Size Guide ♥
Small: adjustable 5” to 8” / bow 2.5” x 1.75”
Medium: adjustable 7” to 10” / bow 2.75” x 2”
Large: adjustable 9” to 12” / bow 3” x 2.25”
Note: Width is 3/8” for all sizes.
♥ Size Advice ♥
Medium size is the average size for adult cats. We normally recommend the small size for kitties less than 1 yr old. However, measuring your cat's neck is the best way to choose the right size. It should be about 1-2 fingers gap in between the collar and cat neck.
♥ Buckle Option ♥
All of our cat collars are made using breakaway buckles for cat's safety. If the cat collar catches on something, the cat's struggling action will cause the buckle to open, freeing the cat. Or if the cat pulls hard enough, the buckle just pops open. It is designed to unbuckle without having to press on the sides if you pull it. This is how a breakaway buckle works and it is not considered as defective.
If you don't want a breakaway buckle, please leave a note when you place an order. We will use a NON-breakaway buckle for your order. Please kindly note that we do not recommend using our cat collar with a leash even if it has a NON-breakaway buckle.
♥ Hardware Color ♥
All D-rings and length adjusters are silver color only and black breakaway buckles will be used for all orders.
♥ Lost or Stolen Packages ♥
Once items are shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen if the tracking states "Delivered". Please kindly contact the USPS Customer Care Center at 1-800-275-8777 for further assistance.
