Payment

I accept PayPal and credit card.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal or need help opening a paypal account, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.


Shipping

Shipping
All Items are now shipped inside a sturdy shipping box or. Envelope. Let me know in the "message to seller" if you would like me to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note). I ship USPS first class mail. Usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive. (varies depending on when your payment clears)

If you need item sooner please purchase my "Rush Order Upgrade" listing to rush your order and you will get a tracking number for confirmation as well as package within 2-4 businessdays from purchase. (varies depending on when your payment clears)



I ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 5-10 business days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). Sometimes I will ship on Saturdays upon request, just let me know in a note to seller if possible. ******Lovely Petals is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit-Over Sea.***** Once it leaves the sorting facility, please allow 12-14 days to receive the package. **however, I am not responsible for time takes to be delivered*** *

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL

I do not generally accept returns. Repairs and alterations to an item will be entertained depending on circumstance - email me or convo me and we'll work something out. As I want you to be super happy with your order :)

Breakage in transit is an exception to the rule only if in the U.S. - if you have issues with an item breaking in transit I will make every effort to replace that item. Because some items sold here are vintage and limited quantities an exact replacement is not always possible. Definitely alert me if your item has not arrived in a timely fashion or has arrived damaged. I pack items with love. But sometimes people dont treat packages with love! Lol...


I will make every effort to see you are happy with the resolution of any issues.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
