Hi! Thank you for coming to visit my little shop on Etsy. I specialize in selling cute flat back beads (aka cabochons).

Please take the time to read my Policies before you make a purchase.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Please submit payment within 3 business days of purchase. If payment is not made within that time, your order will be canceled and the item will be re listed.

* There is an 8.25% sales tax applied to orders shipped to Texas

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase something and do not submit payment within 3 business days, I will cancel the transaction. If you feel you've purchased your item by mistake and want to cancel it, please convo me ASAP.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS. I endeavor to ship within 3 business days of purchase; though on rare occasions it may take up to 5 business days. If it takes longer than 3 business days, I will convo you.

If you would like your items shipped faster or by a certain date. Please convo me. I may have to upgrade your shipping to Flat Rate or Priority. If this is the case, I will send you an invoice for the difference in shipping price, via PayPal. The quickest I can ship your order is next day (except Sunday), because I need time to put together your order.

You may purchase delivery confirmation (for U.S. orders), and insurance for a small fee. I cannot tell you beforehand how much extra it would cost, since each shipment is unique. Please contact me for further details.
Refunds and Exchanges
I package my items so they will incur the least amount of postage costs for the buyer; yet still arrive to you safely. Cost of shipping is based on weight and thickness of package (I have set a standard fee for all my items), plus cost of packing materials and handling.

If an item arrives to you damaged due to MY error in packaging (i.e. no plastic bag to protect from moisture, no bubble wrap, wrong envelope...) I will gladly offer an exchange (at no charge) for the same or similar priced item(s) in my shop.

If a sufficient amount of time has passed, and you do not receive your order, please contact me.

Appreciation Photos: I LOVE seeing pictures of your creations, using my products. If you get the chance PLEASE don't hesitate to submit one. I would appreciate it very much :-D
