We ordered this with about 2 weeks to go until the big day and we had a few hiccups along the way which were completely out of our control. But Gemma was constantly communicating and letting us know what was happening! All in all, the board went down a treat and I can't wait to have it framed in my home to remember what a love Gemma is! About Us
Love Me Do Designs was founded in the summer of 2013, after 5 years of Gemma, (that's me!) producing wedding & occasion stationery for friends and family.
Having spent a few years working in a record shop after leaving university, and with a partner (Matt) who deals in collectable vinyl records, it is no surprise that a number of our designs (as well as our name!) are inspired by music.
Having also spent 3 years working for a large video games company, I have also drawn some inspiration from that, so don't be too suprised to see a few gaming inspired designs lurking on these pages! I am always excited to produce custom designs in this genre, so if you are looking for some "Hylian" inspired invites, or some "Mushroom Kingdom" save the dates, you've come to the right place!
Our Etsy store has been up and running since July 2013, and we've been lucky enough to work with some fabulous people in that time - some of whom have been kind enough to take the time to leave us a review. If you'd like to take a peek, you can do so by visiting the review page of our store.
Our Save The Date magnets were featured in the May/June 2014 edition of Brides Magazine, and have also been featured on numerous wedding blogs.
All of our current designs can be customised to suit your occasion and colour scheme, or if nothing takes your fancy we are always happy to create a custom design, just for you. Feel free to ping us over a convo and we'll do our best to help.

Shop policies
We have been producing handmade wedding & occasion stationery since 2008, and are based in the UK. We welcome custom orders, and will do our best to accomodate all requests wherever possible!
Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately we cannot refund custom orders once they have been created & dispatched, so please ensure you triple check all proofs before confirming you wish to go ahead.
If you need to cancel your order AFTER a design proof has been created, but BEFORE you have confirmed you are happy to send your order to print, your order will be refunded minus a 20% fee for design work already completed. (This fee increases by 5% for each time a change to a design proof is requested, prior to cancellation.)
If you wish to cancel BEFORE any design work has been completed, you will receive a refund in full, provided you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order.
If you wish to cancel AFTER confirming your design proof, unfortunately no refund can be given as printing will already have started.
If your wedding date is postponed for any reason, prior to your order being sent to print, we will hold your order until your new date has been confirmed. The refund policies above will apply should you prefer to cancel.
If you would like to order a sample of our work before placing an order this is recommended, just convo us for details.
Payment
If you are a UK customer, we will also accept a personal cheque, but this will need to clear before we can start work on your order.
We will send you a design proof, which you will need to confirm before we can start work on your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of sending the design proof, we will assume you are happy with the details, and will start work on your order. Please ensure you get back to us within this time if you would like us to make any changes, as once your order is in progress, we are unable to change/cancel your order.
Shipping
Tracking is included on ALL orders, and is included in the shipping costs stated on the listings.
Once shipped, UK orders will take 2-3 days to arrive with you. International orders will generally take 7-10 days, but can be up to 2 weeks, depending on the postal service. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you need your order faster, please contact us before ordering.
