Shipping
International shipping costs are set to the highest denominator for postage from the UK. Where actual postage works out dramatically different, I will refund you the difference once the item has been posted and I know the true cost.

Where I can I will always use recycled packaging. Be that packaging made from recycled materials or literal recycling using previously used boxes, jiffy bags etc. Don't be surpised if Huggies boxes are involved somewhere along the line as I get through alot of these. That said, I do try and make my packages look pretty. I always think that getting a parcel is like getting a present! (Albeit one that you bought for yourself, but there's nothing wrong in that, right?!).

I have limited time to work on my Etsy shop and get to the Post Office (I'm a full time mum to a nutty 2 year old, nuff said!). So I aim to post an item between 3-7 days of receiving payment. If for some reason, a package is delayed beyond this, I will contact you to let you know. Equally, if you require an item within a specific timescale, feel free to let me know too. I'll always do my best to give you what you need.
Refunds and Exchanges
All my items are sent appropriately packaged and with tracking and insurance. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, I will provide all relevant documentation and assist in any way necessary to help you submit a successful claim with the service provider.
