I am not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen mail! From the time it gets to the post office to when it's delivered, or lost, it's on the post office!! If you are worried about something getting lost or stolen you can also purchase insurance on your package! Priority mail is insured up to $100 free of charge.

I can not refund an order once it has been sent unless the item is sent back to me. Once i receive the item returned i will refund you.
Shipping
TURNAROUND TIME-- Father's day 2015 order deadline is June 6th for domestic US shipping and May 23rd for international orders! TURNAROUND TIME-- orders placed on or after 4/27/15 will take 2-3 weeks for production! That does not include ship time! Please check your tracking for their scheduled delivery times!

if you are ordering a personalized item and you do not leave your personalization in the notes to seller box at the check out it may take longer for your order to be made. I have over 100 orders at all times, and i make them in order by date. You will be asked what your personalization needs to be when i get to your order!

I ship everything first class mail, which generally takes 2-5 days. You can pay extra for priority mail which gives makes your shipping time 2-3 days as well as insurance up to $100 if the item is lost.
You will receive an email from etsy when your order ships. It will have your tracking number. You can also find scheduled ship date and tracking number on your reciept on your etsy account! Once an item is dropped off to the post office it is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail!
