How do I install files on Cricut Design Space?
Once you have download your ZIP file and extracted your files to a new folder please follow the instructions below.
Open Cricuit design space and select 'new project' and on the left toolbar select the 'upload' icon. A new menu appears and you must select 'upload image' where you either drag and drop a file or select one using browse. We recommend using the SVG files and once the preview appears select upload/continue. This will add the design to your Cricut library. Repeat this process to add more files. From the library you can then select all the design files you wish to use and press 'insert images' whereby your files are imported and ready to resize and cut.

How do I install files on Silhouette Studio/Designer?
Once you have download your ZIP file and extracted your files to a new folder please follow the instructions below.
Open Silhouette Studio/Designer, you can simply drag and drop the file into the software or add to your library. You can then add the design to the cutting mat ready for you to resize before cutting. Please note if you are using the Basic edition of this software you cannot use SVG files and you will need to convert the PNG image file in to a cutting file using the Silhouette trace tool. If you are using Silhouette Designer you can use the SVG file which is the preferred method.
How do I install files on Make The Cut (MTC)?
Once you have download your ZIP file and extracted your files to a new folder please follow the instructions below.
Open Make the Cut (MTC) software, we recommend using the SVG files. Simply select the file from the folder you created and drag and drop into MTC. This will automatically import the design file whereby you can resize as needed before cutting. Simply add more files as required.
If you drag and drop a PNG file into the MTC you will need to press the import button once the preview of the file has been displayed. Once imported into MTC you must right click the design file and select Change color, select Color and change the design to a solid color otherwise it will only cut an outline.
Are your font design packs OTF or TTF?
No, all font bundles will either include SVG, DXF, PNG or PDF file formats. Please do check both the image previews and product description which will clearly state all the file formats included.
How do I download my digital files?
1. Log in to your Etsy account.
2. Click on “You” (top right) icon.
3. Choose “Purchases and reviews” from the drop down menu.
4. Locate your order and then click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order).
5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders.
Why do SVG files show up as HTML files?
Some customers may find the SVG files have been associated to open with a web browser such as Microsoft Edge. We advise opening your software you intend using the SVG files with (such as Cricut Design Space) and add the SVG file through the software file browse options. We always recommend enabling 'File Name Extension' in your file explorer so you can view the file types for each file type provided. Please do contact us if you require any assistance.
