DO YOU OFFER A RUSH ORDER UPGRADE IF I NEED THIS ITEM ASAP?
Yes! By adding a rush order upgrade to your item, you’ll be bumping your order to the top of my to-do list. If I have all the materials in stock, your item will ship out in 3-5 business days. If I need to order any materials, the turnaround time will be about 10 days. Please message me with your deadline, and I can let you know if it’s do-able or not! When your item is ready to ship, it will be upgraded to priority mail, if it isn’t already shipping out that way. I'll need to set up a custom rush order upgrade listing for you, because the price is a percentage of the total cost of the item.
I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME?
I respond throughout the day, 6 days a week. I take a rest day either Saturday or Sunday, so I will respond ASAP the following day!
THIS IS A GIFT. DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL NOTE?
I package each and every one of my items in a way that is perfect for gift-giving! The items are wrapped in a satin ribbon with care tags included. Then the items are wrapped in a bright heart tissue paper and placed into the shipping box. Each order contains a packing slip, but it does NOT have a price on it. The packing slip says who the buyer is, and has information about my shop.
You are welcome to add a personal note to the order as well! There is a place at checkout to mark that it is a gift and to add a message.

Customizing items is my favorite part of what I do! Message me with your changes and I’ll do my best to find exactly what you’re looking for. Depending on the request, there may be an additional design fee for the order.
