Thank you for your interest in Loverly Things! My goal is to make sure that you have a positive buying experience! Let me know what I can do to make that happen. These policies are to help me in that regard.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal is the only form of payment I can accept. You can use a credit card to pay through PayPal without setting up an account or being charged any fees.

Please complete payment immediately upon checkout. If no contact or payment is made within 2 days, your order will be cancelled.

Please make sure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they don't - I'll have to confirm the correct address before shipping.
Orders ship within 3-4 business days of cleared payment received.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

RETURNED OR LOST PACKAGES: If an error on my part causes your package to be returned to me, I will immediately contact you and offer to resend it at my expense or refund your money if you prefer. However, if your package is returned or lost due an error on your end (including but not limited to: not providing a correct address, theft, not being home to receive a package that requires signature or personal receipt, etc.), I will gladly reship your package, but I will request that you pay the repeat shipping charges. If your package has a tracking number that shows your order has arrived at your home, I cannot offer a refund or reshipment of goods that are marked as received at your place of residence.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will hold items in reserve for potential buyers for 3 days. Afterwards, I will remove the label and put the item back out for general sale. If you no longer want the items, there is no problem. Please let me know, and I will take them off reserve.

If you have a query regarding your order, please email the date of purchase, your user id, and the item(s) purchased. This will ensure a speedier response.
