Lovers & Dreamers does not currently offer refunds. However, if a fault is found please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
As each item is handmade they can be fragile and should be treated as such, thus damage caused by the buyer will not be covered.

Payment
All payments can be made via PayPal.
Shipping
All items are sent via Australia Post and should be received within 2-7 days for national buyers and 10-15 days for international buyers.
Lovers & Dreamers makes regular shipments throughout the week and notification will be sent to the buyer once the item has shipped.
