Please make yourself at home. Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to make our items with care.

All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made-to-order photos.

Below are those boring policies that make everything work right.

Payment
We accept several forms of payment. Please be aware some forms of payment will slow down the shipment of your item.

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal credit card(preferred) and e-check.

You do not need a PayPall account to use your Credit/debit card. Simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given an option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.

MONEY ORDERS

We accept only United States Postal Service Money Orders. This means if you are located outside the U.S. you *must* use PayPal as your payment option. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

CASHIER CHECKS

Cashier checks are also acceptable if you are within the U.S. We do *not" accept personal checks at this time.

*Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase if you pay via credit/debit card. Payment via other methods is expected within ten (10) days of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared and we have confirmation.

*Payment not recieved within this time will result in cancellation. If you have a special situation, please contact us asap to make arrangements for payment.

*A request to cancel your order must be placed within 12 hours of purchase, otherwise, your order will be filled and you will need to follow the "Refund and Exchanges" policy found below.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days for ready-to-ship items. I ship Monday through Friday. I ship Priority Mail and First Class. We use USPS w/delivery confirmation on orders. For US customers, please alert me if your package has not arrived with in 10 days.

Custom Orders will ship as soon as possible AFTER payment has been received but shipping time will vary depending on the order. Shipping fees may include postage, handling, and cost of shipping supplies.

If there are major home problems, such as my son unexpectedly gets hospitalized, we would, in theory, ship out later than expected. This means that seven(7) days is the ABSOLUTE longest your order will take to go out. You will be contacted if something happens to delay your order.

Please let us know at the time of purchase if you want to buy additional insurance or want a specific form of shipping such as priority or express shipping.

If you would like to place a large order (20 items or more), we'll be happy to work with you to adjust the shipping price, please convo or email us to let us know.

INTERNATIONAL

All our items can be shipped internationally. It is the customers responsibility to pay for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web.
Refunds and Exchanges
*Whether you are requesting a refund or exchanging, they must be returned in good/unused(resalable) condition within 14 days. Please convo/email us within five(5) days of recieving your items. We will refund you your purchase price.

*Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.

*Return and refunds are not available for customers outside the U.S. because item(s) face customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.

*If your item(s) arrive damaged, let us know asap. You will have the option of a refund or we will replace the item(s).

*Items must be returned in same or comparably sized packaging. Ie., diaper bags can not be crushed into flat boxes.

*If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us asap so we can start attempting to track it down.

*Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.
