All sales are final. I do not accept returns for items that do not fit, please be sure to check measurements carefully. All pieces are measured while the garment is laid flat, for bust, hips, & waist double the measurements & allow some room for proper fit.
I do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible but because all items are vintage & pre-loved there may be some things I miss. There may be an occasional snag or spot that is overlooked but I do carefully examine each piece for any major flaws. I do make note if there are any issues that would make the piece unwearable but for the most part, if I wouldn't wear it, I won't sell it!
Please contact me with any discrepancies within 24 hrs of receiving the item. If you feel the item was grossly misrepresented please include photos & I will happily accept a return/exchange if there are flaws I overlooked. Customer satisfaction is a priority here at Shop Gypsy Eyes!

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS-please note I can not accept returns/exchanges as shipping costs are too high and we are unable to track Intl packages.

I ship via USPS. I typically ship next day after payment is received (unless it's the weekend/holiday and the post office is closed). I will ship first class if the item is under 15 oz otherwise, it will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact me if you need your item sooner & I will calculate express options for you!

*I DO ship internationally!! Please note I will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Unfortunately once it has left the country, there is no way for me to track the package but keep in mind that it can take a while to arrive from the US.

**Please note, I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. I do my best to ship items out quickly and affordably but once the item is left at the post office, it is out of my hands. I will always do my best to help track your package if it gets lost but I can not provide a refund after I've shipped the item. Please be sure your shipping address is current in Etsy as that is the shipping address I will ship to.

I don't save any of your personal information nor would I ever share with anyone else. Etsy (or PayPal) collects your payment information so I never have access to your credit card information. Your shipping address is only used to ship your order. Your email address will only be used to contact you with any questions or concerns regarding your order and possibly to send you a coupon or let you know of a sale in the future (although I rarely use personal email addresses and try to contact customers directly through their Etsy account).
