Hi there! Thanks for shopping with Love That Vintage. I’ve worked hard to bring you the coolest vintage items I could find. There’s nothing in my shop I wouldn’t want in my own home.

Because these items are vintage, some “wear and tear” is only natural. After all, these items had a long life before they landed in your lucky hands!

Accepted payment methods

I accept only Paypal at this time.

Payment should be made at the time of purchase. If it is not received in a timely manner your purchase may be canceled (but I will try to contact you before that happens).
Once payment is received items are shipped in about a week (or less).

Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs.

Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – I will ship items internationally. Shipping costs will be determined based on destination and shipping method at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for any customs fees involved and it is unlikely that insurance or delivery confirmation will be available for international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS - To request a refund, you must notify me (via email or Etsy conversation) within 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Once you have returned the item and I have determined it is the same one I sent you and it is in the same condition as it was sent, I will refund the cost of the item. It is up to you to pay shipping costs.

LOSSES – I am not responsible if your purchase is lost in the mail. I provide Delivery Confirmation on every domestic package to hopefully avoid this issue. Delivery Confirmation shows that I have sent the item and you have received it. It protects us both.
