How long before my order ships? Can I cancel my order?
Once order has been confirmed the process time varies, please check individual listings prior to submitting your order for processing times.
NO REFUNDS will be honored after 24 hours of payment. Only with exceptions noted FAQ.
**Expedited or express shipping does NOT mean rush orders in production. Please see below FAQ on “Production air Processing Times”.
Order discrepancies
The customer is responsible for confirming all information is accurate prior to submitting order. If the customer has not confirmed nor communicated this information with me, such as shipping address is incorrect or any additional information that's a discrepancy. I will kindly REJECT payment and REFUND your transaction (within 24 hours).
Open communication with you via email or conversations on Etsy during processing time is a MUST in case any issues arise relating to your order. In order for me to do my job effectively and complete your order with satisfaction communicating helps us process your orders effectively.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer complimentary gift wrapping for our mugs. Items are gift wrapped in clear bag with tie and boxed.
Care instructions
Mugs: are dishwasher and microwave safe. Prefer hand washing for longevity of design.
Apparel: recommend wash in cold temperature water. Tumble dry low in dryer or hang to dry preferably.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale Mugs Policy:
Minimum order 24+ units*
7-days replacement for defective or damaged mugs (must submit proof)
24 hour window for cancellation/refund only after order is placed. No exception once order is submitted after 24 hours order will start production. Once production starts no orders are eligible for cancellation.

Damage Mugs in Mail
We accept replacement for mugs only if depending on our policy noted below and also on availability of the item or in stock. If item is not in stock in shop please contact us at hello@lovetistrue.com
Must submit proof of damage mug(s) a photo image(s).
Upon receipt once you receive your mug(s) please check your packaged. We offer up to 7 business days upon receipt to replace your mugs if damaged or defective. If we do not receive your inquiry within the time frame we cannot offer a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Apparel
We surely inspect each shirt to make sure there are no snags or tears in shirt before we process your order.
Items are customized or personalized so we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this product.
Holiday Orders | Shipping: Where is my order?
Please consider holiday peak seasons once an order is shipped it is out of our control on how quickly it gets delivered to you. Please check tracking sent to you to monitor for updates. Due to these uncertain times COVID-19 there are unexpected volumes, staffing and transportation affected with mailing services.
Depending on your choice of mailing service provider we offer USPS or FedEx per your purchase for expedited options.
Production or Processing time’s are subject to change at anytime.
Production time varies and is subject to change at anytime depending on supply and demand especially during high peak seasons. Please check for listing upon purchase production time if listed or contact us for current time frame prior to shipping.
Shipping does not equal to the production time. Once your order is completed production you will receive notification for shipping (tracking details). Depending on your shipping option purchase at cart will determine your estimated ETA.
