Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days of your purchase.

If you cannot pay within 3 days, please contact me before you make your purchase to make payment arrangements. I want your business and will do my best to allow a reasonable time frame for you to may your payment.

I accept PayPal, Money Order or Cashier's Check.

~Note to WA state customers~
You will automatically be charged a 6.5% sales tax through PayPal when you check out. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping

I try very hard to ship all orders paid for by 3PM on the NEXT business day. I might need an extra day before your items are shipped, e.g., an order placed on Wednesday will ship by Friday. All paid orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request for a small fee. Please request these through "message to seller" when making your purchase; please wait for a revised invoice to be sent before making payment.

I will carefully wrap your items in bubble wrap, tape securely, insert into a bubble envelope and ship first class to ensure your items arrive safely.

Please convo me if there are any problems with the delivery of your items. I will do my best to resolve the problem in a way that will make us both happy!

You are responsible for any and all duties and customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or broken I will gladly issue a replacement or refund as soon as the original has been returned. I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail, but I will do my very best to resolve the issue. Please contact me if this is ever the case.
