What is the weight limit of the carrier?

You can wear your child from newborn to 35 lbs, or as long as you can comfortably carry them.


Are the baby wraps one size fits all?
Yes our baby wraps are one size fits all. How this is possible is in the tying of the wrap. Most pictures show the wrap tied in front, you would simply tie the wrap in back. Our carriers are not size-sensitive.

How do I wash my Baby Wrap?

You can wash your Baby wrap on cold with just a little detergent (try putting it in a large lingerie bag or pillowcase to avoid it getting wrapped around the agitator or the straps all twisted) and then line dry. You CAN machine dry but your colors will stay brighter and more vibrant if you line dry. It is always a good idea when washing your carrier for the first time to include a dye catcher sheet with dark colors to catch any excess dye that may be present.

Time Frame
The current wait time for carriers is Approximately 7 business days plus shipping. In stock carriers ship within 3 business days. Please remember this is only an approximation, as with anything in life occasionally things do occur to prolong the time a bit (fabric restocking, or illness etc). We do our best to meet these timeframes but we do greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when for whatever reason we are not able to. Please remember that once a carrier ships, we are no longer able to control the timing of it. That is entirely dependent on the delivery service being used.

All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and / or signature confirmation is also available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase either of these services, please provide your request in the "note to seller" section upon checkout.

INTERNATIONAL - First Class Mail / Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes
The USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US. Neither delivery confirmation or insurance is available. They very rarely go undelivered, and the trade off is very inexpensive shipping. Timeframe for shipping per USPS is approx. 7-10 BUSINESS days to reach your country plus additional time for customs and your third party carrier.

INTERNATIONAL - Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes and Regular Priority Mail
International purchases via these methods come with delivery confirmation. Insurance is also available upon request for an additional fee (~5.00 USD). If you would like to purchase insurance, please request this option in the "note to seller" section upon checkout.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the order is shipped. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

Return Policy

Only carriers that are one sided patterns with no additional options can be returned. As long as it is within 14 days of the carriers arrival (determined via tracking/delivery confirmation numbers) and is in new condition, unwashed and unused. You will be refunded the purchase price of the wrap. Custom orders, double patterns (reversible carriers, custom length wraps and pockets are non-refundable
