1. You can pay using Pay Pal.
2. You can pay by cheque. Just send a cheque to the following address: 3 Gorse Green, Bluebell, Peterborough, PE1 3XB. Cheques made payable to Manone.
After receiving your payment we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will find information about delivery of your product.

If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your product has not been delivered within the time-scale stated in the email, then please send me an email me or contact me by phone on +44 (0)1733 346846 any time between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturdays between 9am and 5.30pm.
If you or the intended recipient is not available when our courier tries to deliver your purchase, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to make the delivery. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange the delivery or arrange to collect your products.

If your order arrives damaged please email or phone us on +44 (0)1733 346846.
If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate Delivery form for each address.

If your order includes more than one item and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you , please email me or phone us on +44 (0)1733 346846.

Please bear in mind that, if for some reason we are not able to guarantee delivery within our usual time-scale, we will let you know by e-mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you will be pleased with the goods you buy from me. However, if you need to return or exchange your purchase, I will be happy to assist you. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.

As soon as I get the information from you that you would like to return your purchase, I will contact you by e-mail to arrange the return.

I will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by me.

Please note: if the product has not been returned to me in its original condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refunded amount.

Please note: I will refund delivery costs if the product is faulty or damaged, but not in cases where the product is simply unwanted.
