I create colorful, quality hand crafted jewelry components, featuring polymer clay. I love the diversity and vibrance of this medium. A LOVO Beads jewelry piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly duplicated.

*** Mokume gane is a centuries-old Japanese metalworking technique whereby patterns will emerge. The same technique can be used with polymer clay by stacking different colored layers of clay, impressing a pattern, then shaving off the raised areas. You'll see I use mokume gane in several of my pendants, beads and tiles. The patterns that come through are very interesting.

Returns and exchanges

All orders are final sales, unless damaged. I make every effort to deliver your item(s) in perfect condition. If you should receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately. (Please note, I will not replace an item that has obviously been tampered with.) I will replace the item if it is returned to me within 30 days of receipt.

Payment

I accept Paypal, or Direct Checkout as payment for all transactions. I request payment at the time of ordering. Items will be shipped when all monies clear.

Shipping

Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match. If sending your order to a different address, give instructions in the notes to seller area when ordering.

Pre-made orders will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is received. Allow 2 weeks for custom orders. All orders are shipped via USPS domestic or international first class rate. (I will contact with international delivery once address is known.) Please contact me if you need your package delivered faster.
