Everything comes from my smoke free/ pet free studio. Please feel free to convo me with any questions you may have.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me right away! A refund will be given in the event that you receive a damaged item. Damaged items must be mailed back to the return address on the package to ensure a refund. Exchanges will be given in the event that you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, as long as I am contacted within 1 week after you have received item, and you send the item back to the return address on the package.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase. If you have a delay in payment, please let me know, I will be happy to hold it. If I do not recieve payment soon after the purchase, I will contact you with a friendly reminder. However, if I am not contacted back within 48 hours, I will relist the item and cancel the order.
Shipping
I ship domestically and internationally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I generally ship first class, but if you need your purchase sooner please contact me and I will send you a revised invoice reflecting priority postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. No refunds on wholesale orders, however an exchange may be considered.
