A big hello and welcome to the beautiful world of Lox & Smith!

Here at Lox & Smith we specialise in beautiful soft furnishings for the design enthusiast. All pieces are hand-made in our Sydney studio, Australia.

Our fabrics are what we're famous for. We are all about finding a gorgeous print and bringing it to you, in limited quantities, like a special vintage find in the antiques store! There are so many beautiful companies who will bring you seasonal collections- we're going to bring you selected gems of decor instead! (Maybe one day we'll make our own collection!)

We find our fabrics in our travels all over the world. They are rare and beautiful, and inspire us in the studio. This allows us to keep quantities small, making our pieces special and unique, and a much loved piece to add to your home.

We are passionate about what we do and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us through Etsy- we'd love to hear from you and see your purchased products in use!

Returns and exchanges
We are confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase!

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your purchase, please contact us through Etsy within 7 days of receiving your product(s). We will do all that we can to make your purchase a positive experience.

If a refund is deemed necessary, we will activate the refund through Paypal once the goods are received back in our studio. A refund of the original product purchase price (not including shipping costs) will be issued within 2 days of receiving and checking the product(s).

Two Things To Remember:
1. Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.
2. Refunds will only be considered for product faults. Change of mind cannot be accepted unfortunately.
Payment
We accept payment through Paypal only.
Shipping
We endeavour to have your pieces shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery within Australia, and 2-3 weeks for delivery overseas.

What does the shipping price include?
Our shipping rates detailed are for regular post, for both national and international services. This does not include a tracking number, and we cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing once dispatched with Australia Post.

Concerned about no tracking- no worries!
We are very happy to organise a tracking service for you. Please let us know as you pay for your items- we will quote the new shipping price, and once paid, we will then dispatch your item. Requests need to be communicated within 24hrs of placing your order.

Need your piece in a hurry?
Not a problem! Let us know as you pay for your items- we will quote the new shipping price, and once paid, we will then dispatch your item express.

Combined Postage?
Yes, of course! Bundle together what you would like, and rest assured if we see a significant overcharge in the shipping price you have paid, we will happily refund the difference to your Paypal account. If you're not sure- just ask us!

Our pieces are quality hand-made, so no two pieces are exactly the same (If multiple quantities are applicable). Some variances in pattern placement may occur between the photo shown and the received product.

Colours have been depicted as best as possible in our images. These colours can appear different depending on your screen. Refunds cannot be considered for colour differences.
