Hello! I'm Lauren. Welcome to my little corner of Etsy. I have been a proud Etsy seller for over 17 years, since the very beginnings of Etsy! Thank you to all my wonderful customers who allow me to do what I love, everyday! Each piece is thoughtfully designed and hand made with love by my own two hands.
I use the finest materials - an array of the highest quality semi precious gemstones, pearls, sterling silver and 14k gold fill metal.

All of the pieces you see are handcrafted by me and only me in my jewelry studio, just steps from the Columbia River in the heart of Washington's wine country. And in my spare time, I am also a mom to two young boys, whom light up my life.

- Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
I am unable to accept returns on custom orders, this includes personalized initial necklaces, custom birthstone items and personalized bridal party sets. Custom and personalized orders may only be returned if the item is damaged or faulty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. An item must be in original, unused condition. Please be sure to purchase delivery confirmation for your return, as I cannot be held responsible for the loss of returns. Please contact me prior to returning any items. If you are asking for a refund, you will be refunded via method of payment after your items have been returned to me within 3-5 business days.
Payment
If you choose to pay via PayPal, please make sure the address you enter on the ETSY checkout page is the correct shipping address. I do not use your PayPal address for shipping purposes, and am not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered by mistake.
Washington RESIDENTS: Please note that you will be charged 8.3% sales tax on your purchases.
Shipping
Turnaround time is currently 2-3 weeks before shipping for discounted bridesmaids sets. Delivery times vary with location.
All items ship after payment is received and funds are cleared.
If you need your item quickly, please contact me BEFORE purchasing for information about RUSH orders.
:::US ORDERS:::
All US orders ship via USPS, First Class Mail. Insurance as well as Priority Shipping are available upon request. Please contact me before purchasing if you need upgraded, Priority shipping or signature upon delivery. All discounted Bridesmaids sets ship USPS, Priority Mail which already includes insurance.
I purchase Delivery Confirmation for all US orders. You will get a tracking number if your package ships within the United States. Once your item is delivered, your transaction is complete. I am not responsible for lost packages that are marked by the postal service as delivered.
I cannot be responsible for unexpected postal service delays. Unfortunately, the Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times for First Class or Priority Mail. Please note that the quoted delivery times are merely estimates, and unfortunately beyond my control.
:::INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:::
For international shipments: I am NOT provided tracking numbers for International shipments...sorry for the inconvenience. Most items take 6-10 business days to ship from the US to other countries, but will vary depending on location and customs processing.
::: CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:::
I cannot be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge for you to accept a package from the United States. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees, Duty Charges, Taxes, etc.. You will not be reimbursed for any Customs Fees, Duty Charges or Taxes. Please consider this before your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not recommend sleeping, showering, bathing, swimming, or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Please note that sterling silver components will tarnish over time. Please keep the jewelry in your personal jewelry box, inside a plastic baggie, or leave it in the gift box in which it arrived, which includes tarnish resistant cotton. If not worn over a period of weeks the jewelry will need to be cleaned. Sterling silver can be shined easily with a polishing cloth or with sterling silver jewelry cleaner which will brighten the jewelry to it's original shine.
**BRIDAL ORDERS**
I would love to create custom bridal party jewelry for you! Please contact me for more information about available discounts for brides and bridal party orders. Many items are customizable.
**CUSTOM ORDERS**
I love designing custom orders! If you have something special in mind, or if you see something in my sold section I would be happy to create something just for you! I also have additional gemstone colors that may not be pictured. If you are looking for a particular stone, just ask!
