Her products were DELICIOUS, and were shipped in a reasonable time, with a large ice pack to maintain their solidity even in the building warmth of the upcoming summer.

Welcome to LUCA Chocolate! We are committed to making fine handmade chocolates using local ingredients whenever possible. All of our chocolates are made to order with no preservatives, fillers or tropical oils. All chocolates are made to order. If you don't see a flavor that you'd like, don't hesitate to email and ask, we do our best to turn your cravings into realities.

Payment
We accept PayPal, personal checks, and Google Checkout (send to lucachocolate [!at] gmail.com). NC residents will be subject to 6.75% sales tax. If paying by personal check, product will be mailed once your check has been received and has cleared (you will be notified). There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
Shipping
During the warm months, packages are shipped in insulated mailers with ice packs. We ship Mon-Wed during the summer to ensure that your package doesn't sit in a warehouse or on a truck over the weekend. We ship Mon-Fri during the fall, spring and winter. Shipping is via USPS Priority mail or Express mail. If you'd prefer another shipping company, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the delicate (and meltable!) nature of chocolate, it's best if someone is available to take delivery of your order. This is especially important in the warm months. So, if you know that your packages sit on your front step until you get home, it's best to have it sent to your office.<P>That said, if you find your order has arrived in unsatisfactory condition, please let us know with in 7 days of receipt and we'll do our best to take care of the situation. Thanks!
