Welcome to my shop. My goal is to create elegant, chic, modern yet timeless jewellery that will be treasured. Making jewellery is my passion, a little part of me goes into each and every piece I make, so I hope you'll be delighted with your purchase and your customer experience.

I only use high quality materials in my jewellery. The metals I use are sterling silver, fine silver (99% silver, rather than the 92.5% silver content found in sterling silver) and 14kt gold filled metal. For those of you that may be unfamiliar with 14kt gold filled items, these are made from a thick layer of 14kt gold that is bonded to a base metal core, usually brass. The layer of gold is much thicker than that found in gold plated items, which tend to wear very quickly. In contrast, gold filled items are considered to be lifetime purchases as the gold layer is thick enough to last. Using gold filled allows me to provide you with the look of solid gold at much lower prices than if I were to use solid gold.

Each item comes beautifully packaged in a black jewellery box with a magenta satin ribbon bow, so if you are buying a gift for someone special all the wrapping is done for you. If you are buying a gift for yourself you can look forward to a gorgeous parcel arriving at your door.

Please read the policies below before purchase.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be totally thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not hapy with your item, please convo me within five working days of receiving it and I will do my best to resolve the issue. So that you can shop with me in total confidence I offer a full no-quibble money back refund (minus shipping), provided that you inform me that you intend to return the item within five working days of receiving it, and you return the item to me in an unworn and resellable condition within ten working days of receipt. If you intend to do this, I would recommend you use a method of shipping that will provide you with a record of delivery. I will then issue you a refund via Paypal upon receipt of the item.

I want to offer great customer service, but recognise that occasionally things will go wrong. If that happens, I hope you will give me a chance to put things right.
I accept Paypal, which is easy to use with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Click here for more information:

Please pay for your purchase straight away, so that I can ship your item out to you as fast as possible. However, if necessary I can reserve an item for you for up to three days. Please convo me if you require this extra time to pay. Any items that are not paid for within 72 hours will no longer be held for you and will be relisted.
I ship/post via Royal Mail first class in the UK, and air mail for international destinations. Shipping with insured and/or signed for and tracked services can be arranged if you prefer - please convo me for details and charges.

All my jewellery will be shipped to you in a jewellery gift box, that is then very securely wrapped to prevent damage in the post.
