Returns and exchanges
SALE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that are on sale. All sales for these items are final.

EVERYTHING ELSE:
We do not accept exchanges. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of unwashed/unworn items. Please email us before sending an item back and let us know the reason for the return. We do not refund shipping. Bags carry a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 7 business to process returns.
***Underwear:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear so please be sure before making your purchase.
Payment
We accept Paypal, checks and Money Orders but we prefer Paypal. Shipments go out once payments/checks/e-checks have cleared.
Shipping
Items are made to order unless noted in the description. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to ship once checks clear and payments are made. We do not begin to process orders until all payments clear. US orders will receive an e-mail notification from Paypal once the order has shipped.
Please make sure that your address in Paypal is correct. If you want your order shipped to an address other than the one in Paypal, please let us know.

U.S. Orders:
We ship via Priority mail, 2-3 days, with Delivery Confirmation. If you need it sooner, let us know and we will work something out. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. Please let us know if you would like to insure your order.

International Shipping:
We ship via First Class International 6-15 business days, but that is not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances. I apologize for any inconvenience.

International Shipping for Handbags:
We currently do not offer International shipping for handbags. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Although we make every effort to keep everything in stock, we do occasionally run out. If a size you ordered is currently out of stock we will let you know.
