Hey everybody! You may have noticed a bit of a change here at Luck, Love, and Hedgehogs Design: 100% of profits now go to charity! It's a great new mission with the same funky goods. I am very excited about this change and hope you are too! I'm also really glad you are reading my shop policies. It will really make our relationship go smoother if you decide to buy some of my creations. So, read on and educate yourself so you know what's up with the shop!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I do not offer refunds. I only offer exchanges if your purchase is damaged or lost in the mail. If this is the case, please notify me ASAP. Pictures of the damage are also helpful. I will ship you a replacement of the damaged item at no charge. If the item is listed as one-of-a-kind, I will not be able to replace it.
In order to make everything go nice and smooth, I only accept PayPal at this time. If your payment, for some reason, does not go through within 7 days of ordering, I will have to cancel the order. I do not like to cancel orders, so I will work with you as best as I can.
I ship using the cheapest method possible, in order to keep prices down. This usually means that it will take between one and two weeks for you item to arrive. If you need to do a rush shipping order, contact me BEFORE you buy and we'll talk it over. I will notify once your parcel has been shipped. Always allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping before you notify me of a lost package. It's always nice to hear from you when you receive your item, so please let me know when you get your goodies!
Additional policies and FAQs
Luck, Love, and Hedgehogs recently re-opened as a charity shop. 100% of profits from each purchase go to either World Vision or Compassion International. Both are top-rated, Christian-based charities that strive to improve the lives of children in poverty-stricken situations worldwide.

What does "100% of profits" mean? How much money goes to the charity?
It means that all the money you spend on purchasing the item, except the Etsy listing fee and the shipping fee, go to the charities. Approximately $5 a month is needed for supplies (yarn) in order to keep the goodies comin'. This small amount will either come from my pocket or donations from others.

If you are interested in donating to Luck, Love, and Hedgehogs please contact me for more information!!
