Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right! Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns based on issues of style or a change of heart.

All of my pieces are guaranteed for normal wear and tear. If something goes wrong I am always available to fix the piece, provided that the buyer pays the shipping and handling, to and from my studio.

Payments accepted include all major credit cards, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. Sorry, no checks.

In the event that an item is ordered, but payment fails to occur, the item will be returned to the shop and the transaction will be cancelled after 1 business day.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
All US orders are shipped using the selected shipping option at checkout.
All Priority Mail packages are insured for up to $100. If additional insurance is requested, contact me.

International Shipping:
International shipping has taken anywhere from 10 days - 6 weeks to reach its destination. Please keep in mind that customs fees vary greatly from country to country and fees are not applied until the item reaches the destination country. We are unable to predict what fees, if any, will be applied. For this reason, Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for unexpected customs fees or taxes.
