Love the fabric bin. Using it as a diaper caddy and it holds a ton of diapers. Really pleased with the item and the speed with which it was received.

Thank-you for coming in and looking around. Every item that you see in my shop is completed and ready to ship. If you need anymore information about a particular item please convo me and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

I pride myself in giving out excellent customer service during every phase of your buying experience. I want everyone who purchases something from my shop to be happy and satisfied with the item they purchased. If you are not happy and/or satisfied please convo me and we will work together to come up with a solution that is agreeable to both of us. That solution could involve an exchange or refund which I talk about in the Refund Policy section.

Payment
I accept payments through Paypal and with money orders. Most transactions are completed with payment through Paypal right at the time of purchase. If you are going to be delayed in completing the payment part of the transaction please let me know how long you think it might be. I am flexible with this but I need to be contacted so I'm not wondering if maybe you have changed your mind about the purchase. If you do change your mind about the purchase please let me know so I can cancel the transaction.
Shipping
Fast and accurate shipping is a big part of my excellent customer service. I try to ship every order within one business day and if you purchase an item early enough in the morning I can usually ship it the same day. I will also ship on Saturdays so if you make a purchase on Friday or on Saturday morning it should ship by Saturday afternoon.

Domestic Shipping: I use USPS for my shipments to locations in the United States. The shipping costs for the items in my shop are for 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If I have a multi-item order I sometimes have to use Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

International Shipping: I also use USPS for my shipments to locations outside of the United States. The shipping costs for the items in my shop are for 1st Class Mail International. If I have a multi-item order I sometimes have to use another option instead of 1st Class Mail International.

The shipping cost for "With Another Item" is an estimate of what the shipping cost will be if multiple items are purchased. If the actual shipping cost ends up being less than what was paid I will refund the difference.

I use sturdy, secure envelopes to ship the items from my shop. This allows me to charge very low shipping rates. All items are wrapped in a plastic bag for protection before being placed in the envelope. Sometimes I will have to use a box if I'm shipping multiple items. I always send a convo/e-mail the day I ship your item to let you know that your package is on its way.
Refunds and Exchanges
As I mentioned above I want you to be both happy and satisfied with the purchase that you make from me. If there were to be a problem and we couldn’t come up with a solution, sometimes an exchange or refund is the only thing left to do.

The first step is to contact me no more than 7 days after you receive the item that you purchased. If it turns out that an exchange or refund is what you want to do you need to let me know that the item is going to be returned.

If an exchange is what you want, the shipping cost to send the original item purchased back to me and the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you would both have to be paid by you. The replacement item would be shipped to you once I receive the original item purchased (and of course it would still have to be in brand new condition). I would send you an invoice through Paypal for the shipping cost to mail the replacement item back to you.

If a refund is what you want, the shipping cost to send the item that you purchased back to me would have to be paid by you. Once I receive the item purchased (and of course it would still have to be in brand new condition), I would issue you a refund for the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special Orders: The only special orders that I’m doing at this time are making duplicates of items that are already in my shop (assuming that I have enough fabric or yarn to make a duplicate item). I also know that sometimes someone will see a certain fabric print or yarn color on one item and they want to know if I can make something else using that same fabric or yarn. Please send me a convo if you have a question like that and I will let you know if I do have enough of that fabric or yarn to make the other item.
