Love the fabric bin. Using it as a diaper caddy and it holds a ton of diapers. Really pleased with the item and the speed with which it was received.

Size is not worth the cost of the item. Disappointed

I want everyone who purchases something from my shop to be happy and satisfied with the item they purchased. If you are not happy and/or satisfied please convo me and we will work together to come up with a solution that is agreeable to both of us. That solution could involve an exchange or refund which I talk about in the Refund Policy section.

Domestic Shipping: I use USPS for my shipments to locations in the United States. The shipping costs for the items in my shop are for 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If I have a multi-item order I sometimes have to use Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
International Shipping: I also use USPS for my shipments to locations outside of the United States. The shipping costs for the items in my shop are for 1st Class Mail International. If I have a multi-item order I sometimes have to use another option instead of 1st Class Mail International.
The shipping cost for "With Another Item" is an estimate of what the shipping cost will be if multiple items are purchased. If the actual shipping cost ends up being less than what was paid I will refund the difference.
I use sturdy, secure envelopes to ship the items from my shop. This allows me to charge very low shipping rates. All items are wrapped in a plastic bag for protection before being placed in the envelope. Sometimes I will have to use a box if I'm shipping multiple items. I always send a convo/e-mail the day I ship your item to let you know that your package is on its way.
Refunds and Exchanges
The first step is to contact me no more than 7 days after you receive the item that you purchased. If it turns out that an exchange or refund is what you want to do you need to let me know that the item is going to be returned.
If an exchange is what you want, the shipping cost to send the original item purchased back to me and the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you would both have to be paid by you. The replacement item would be shipped to you once I receive the original item purchased (and of course it would still have to be in brand new condition). I would send you an invoice through Paypal for the shipping cost to mail the replacement item back to you.
If a refund is what you want, the shipping cost to send the item that you purchased back to me would have to be paid by you. Once I receive the item purchased (and of course it would still have to be in brand new condition), I would issue you a refund for the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
